Hot Spring Spas Hawkes Bay — Attraction in Napier

We purchased an Azure Premier 4 person spa almost one year ago. Wayne and his team were (and still are) the epitome of professionalism during a very trying time of delay after delay due to Covid (ordered in November 2020 and arrived in February 2021). However, despite this the team had our best interests at heart and the silver lining for the delays was an amazing upgrade from a 2 person to the 4 person due to the Black Caps Special for not much more than what we had been quoted on the original purchase. The delivery went without a hitch and full set up and instruction was provided. We have had prompt service for all future dealings with the team when getting chemicals etc. Buying a spa thru Wayne at Hot Springs Spa Napier has been one of the best investments we have made, particularly as we train to compete in iron man distance events later this year. Relaxing in it after exercise helps the muscles recover quickly. The cost to run it is very nominal at only $30-40 extra per month (compared to 100-150 for cheaper brands). Although the initial outlay is more than some brands, the economy of running them and the pre and after sales service is worth the extra cost. Being able to have friends and family join in a spa date is epic. The Azure comfortably seats 4 people even though it is smaller than some 4 person spas. I first bought a spa from Hot Spring Spas from North shore about 15 years ago. It brought so much pleasure to the family we used it daily to relax and benefitted from all it's luxuries. I downsized the bigger model for a smaller size when my family diminished. It was econimical to run, a pleasure and something I always looked forward to using every day. When moving to a Hastings Retirement Village a year ago .... my spa came with me. Snuggly fillted in the garage, Very convenient! A few months ago (due to a minor problem )I decided to trade it in for a newer model. Hot Spring Spas Hawkes Bay gave me every assiistance I needed, gave me a generous trade-in, did the swap and service to the best of their abilitiy. I am a very, very, happy customer and reccomend then to everyone. ...

Wow I am so pleased Hot Springs came to Napier. We brought a Hot Springs Spa a year ago through their Napier agent and for the first 6 months had a problem with the water. This was never solved, despite buying many chemicals from the Napier agent store. When I went to Hot Springs store they sent a technician out, Darren, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed immediately. In the past 6 months I have spent virtually nothing on chemicals and when I do need them I find Hot Springs Spas Balmoral very economical. Never sold chemicals I do not need.
