This review is only about the sauna. Staff and management obviously have some maintenance and cleaning problem with the sauna facility , as they BANNED WATER BOTTLES (plastic and glass) in the sauna citing "the water from your drink bottle may splash on the wood, damaging the wood".
The manufacturing process of the sauna officially classes it as a "wet area" and according to google AI, "the wood used in saunas is specifically chosen for its water resistance and ability to withstand the humid environment."
Having no water bottles in the sauna obviously leads to serious hydration issues - but the staff and management would rather not have to clean or maintain the sauna - hence the restrictive and unhealthy policy of no bottled drinking water .
