Farro Orakei — Attraction in Ōrākei

I went to Farros yesterday and was very excited as I hadn't been there before. I found the selection to be poor, the food looked old.

I bought a bag of fries that were over $10, I brought them to the counter the chips fell out of the side of the bag so I asked for a new bag of chips - I was not comfortable taking an open bag of chips - the cashier lady was not particularly concerned. The lady went away and came back. I got home, the lady has given me the same open bag of chips. She had handled the chips and the chips fell out of the bag.

I am very upset at the experience and this diminishes my trust in Farros. I feel this is a health and safety issue that I have been sold a bag of open chips and I will not be going...

After my hot yoga class, I stopped by Farro Orakei, and it was exactly what I needed! 🧘‍♀️✨ The fresh produce was amazing, and the cheese selection—wow—I couldn’t resist the tastings. 😍

Farro is always stocked with unique, high-quality products you won’t find anywhere else. The vibe is always so welcoming, and the staff are super friendly.
