OMG, I had the worst customer service experience ever! There was this lady at Spark, Asian with blonde hair and eyelashes, I asked her about a Spark SIM card, and she didn't even look at me. She wasn't even busy, The other two customer service reps were busy with other customers, but still, she could've been nicer. I get it if she didn't know how to solve my Spark problem, but she could've at least been polite. I still said thank you, but she just stared at her computer the whole time, i was wondering are they are working or just pretend, no smile, and didn't even acknowledge me when I thanked her. So rude! It's either she's rude or Spark has poor management for not training their staff properly. They should hire personal shoppers to see how their staff treat people. I was so mad, I ended up going to 2degrees right in front of them. Even though it's a smaller store compared to Spark, the young guy there was amazing! He gave awesome service and really tried to help. That's how you make people feel appreciated. Ended up buying a new phone...

I let her know that I thought we needed a new modem and smart mesh 2 as our reception kept dropping off. Barbara listened and then recommended that they do some checks first to make sure that I wasn't purchasing any unnecessary equipment. I found Barbara to extremely helpful and was very grateful for her superb customer services. I believe she checked with Declan and they found that I had a faulty modem so they asked me to bring my one in and gave me a new one - FREE. Just to make sure reception would not drop off I also purchased the smart mesh. I am extremely happy with the service that Barbara gave me and when I went instore the other agent had been briefed and both my new modem and smart mesh were waiting for me. Yes all the agents were busy with customers when I came instore however 5 minutes of waiting and I had a friendly agent asking me how he could be of service....

After a disappointing call to the Albany store—where the staff member didn’t seem interested in helping me locate a Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart—I tried my luck with the New Lynn store. That’s when Caleb picked up the phone, and from the very start, his positive attitude stood out.
He quickly checked his stock and confirmed he had one available. I mentioned that I’d be driving about an hour and a half to get there, and without hesitation, he offered to hold it for me. When I arrived, Caleb was just as friendly and personable in person. He made sure everything went smoothly, checked if I needed anything else, and offered helpful advice without ever being pushy.
