I’ve been going here almost every week for the past few months and have had enough.

The workers are so rude and unprofessional. The moment you walk in they size you up and don’t even say hello/how are you - just to sit down on a seat.

Not only do they do a horrible and rushed job, they leave my eyebrows with cuts that are stinging for up to two days. They start with jobs you only ask for and start doing extras that you don’t ask for and proceed to ask you to pay extra money at the end. It’s disgusting and corrupt.

They upsell their products that YOU DO NOT ASK FOR while working on you and it’s relentless. They have poor marketing skills if they think it’s okay to go on and on about flaws on your skin and how terrible your skincare routine is and that their products “eliminate” every skincare issue there is. I’m a huge skincare fan and use a multitude of products that are aimed at targeting specific skin concerns and love my routine the way it is. The absolute last place I would even want to try a product is the stuff they have on their shelves. It’s so unnecessary and disheartening having things pointed out on your face that don’t bother you but are made a massive deal to the workers.

First time I went here, it was terrible. They were busy I understood and waited in line then when it was my turn the girl did my eyebrows and then asked me if I can trim my own eyebrows 🤧. I walked away almost to the door and the lady goes “psst” then pointed at me to come back and then just said nvm. I told myself not to go there again but next time I went I was in a rush and SISTERS the one near them was busy, they weren’t so I went in bc it was just one staff doing one girl’s eyebrows. They were talking for so long I waited 15min and then another girl showed up. We both waited and she was shock that these 2 were just talking, even after the lady (staff friend) paid they continue talking for may be another 10min And a group of girls arrived b waited in line too then they asked us how long we waited and we told em more than 15mins. So they all left and I left too. I’m not the type to give bad reviews but this salon needs better staff. Need to learn manners too. Please take into consideration all the reviews! If anything your reviews reflect the reputation held at this parlour. For as long as I remember this particular parlour have performed poorly in their service.

Customers are PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE not your time which was 5mins. For the result to turn out half done, there is no time, care and efficiency taken with your customer. Why are you rushing? Do not reply with “you have in growth”, why not ask about what steps are you taking to remove etc. some people aren’t able to get laser treatment. So really do your part, as health beauticians this is something you should have trained for. Not for the money.

Work proactively, ask questions and improve on your services. Please get proper training, because in all honesty. There are parlours out there providing better service for the price...
