I was prepared to give this service a one star; however, Kelly, a driver for the trolley service stepped up and went above and beyond. From entering the park, we found rude traffic directors telling us to go to parking lot 3 and refusing to allow us to park in handicapped parking. I had called ahead to ask because of my husbands knee surgery. In any event, we are rule followers and went to parking lot 3 abt 3/4 of a mile away. We parked in handicap there and went to the trolley station. By the time my husband got there they took off and I asked them if we could get on. The front handicap seat was open. He and his assistant curtly said no, to go wait for the other one. We waited. When it arrived I told Kelly that so far this trip all the way from Savannah Ga to Niagara had been great until we arrived here. I explained how uncaring the staff had been the last 45 minutes. She went out of her way to take us to purchase a wrist band and then to the welcome center. She pulled down the front handicap seat for my husband. Later on, we were once again met with the same original rude trolly people and decided to wait for a hr next one. Fortunately it was Kelly. An hour later, we waited and yet another ride driver told us the front seat was for wheelchair people. We waiting until Kelly came around again. She took us to the next stop and by the end of our visit we got her again and she took us to parking lot 3 making an additional stop so he would not have to walk up another hill. I certainly hope your business doesn’t lose her. She was by far the kindest person we encountered on the once in a lifetime visit to Niagara Falls and we hope you will share this review with her. I’d give her ten stars. ⭐️...

Read moreTerrible. We inquired about the route before purchasing tickets. The person gave us a map and said it goes everywhere the red line goes. We wanted to get to the aquarium so we buy tickets. We go wait to get on a trolley and it takes over 30 minutes to get on one—on the fifth trolley we finally get on. They had been letting trolleys go by half full which was frustrating. So we start riding the trolley around and they do NOT ago to the aquarium, even though a stop is listed. We end up riding it back all the way around to where we started. We lost an hour of time and made it NOWHERE. I am completely frustrated. On top of it, the guy who sold is the tickets said the trolley provided narration about the area. Nope. Nothing. All it provides is a name for the stop which is hard to hear. I am...
