Walked the pedestrian pathway and enjoyed the view of the lit up colorful Falls/Niagara River at night time just last night. I learned though that if you are on probation and also have criminal record of multiple misdemeanors over a period of time they want to see 1) an actual passport 2) court papers almost like documenting my charges and the specifics of the situations and what was involved and how it might make me more or less admissible to the United States from Canada. They want to see hard copy like in paper that I'm on ODSP and have been unhoused and unemployed despite these demographics being tied to my name in the police database for years already, so they already knew, but they don't like if you don't have a mailing address and up front documents proving everything you answer of them. Note they will ask you questions seemingly entirely unrelated to border crossing or entry into US/Canada or proving your identity and I'd always known they'd ask why you're crossing, what good reason do you have to be walking into the US randomly like I did? Where will you go? How long? What'syour intended purpose of travel? And expect large possibility of intense questions and seperate questioning to check facts if you are with a group and you guys aren't all related or otherwise make up a household or family unit.

if you have a criminal record you cannot use your Ontario Birth Certificate & Ontario Photo Health Card in place of having never had an adult Passport before (I had a child's passport expired ten years or more ago when I was was approx 16 and been precariously housed and transient lifestyle since 18 so I never got the chance. Hours of googling was inconclusive so I had to just risk possibly my freedom or belongings if something goes sideways and especially if I were to have been searched. if I didn't have a criminal record and probation and wasn't homeless with limited identification or government documents to begin with and that is always losing track of them. So I tested it for myself and tried to cross into the US and after over a half hour of the officers random single clicks on his computer I have no idea what he was bringing up about me or reading or checking out. I was given a white paper listing what I need in terms of official government documents upon one day having a future attempt / re-entry, as well as obtain for myself something called a U.S Entry Waiver. So people with criminal records and even on probation like me can still cross the border as long as they have a valid Canadian Passport or proof of citizenship, and an identity card. They must be approved by court system for a U.S entry waiver, meaning yes you have charges but they have been looked over they've been sentenced for and those sentences have been satisfactorily fulfilled technically. My probation order ends in September finally after2 yrs so once that's up I want t apply for a passport and Ontario Photo ID Card then to just in case! walk into USA for a planned, organized tourist visit or traveling experience , seethe wonders of the world, learn learn learn.. never cease the thirst for knowledge, education, and life wisdoms,...

This place is advantageous for those who know and understand the power of mystical workings. Water is essential as water is spirit and spirit is life. From this vantage point, I can interact with life in meaningful ways. One way is simply giving reverence and telling the spirit of water thank you. As with the energy work I recently completed with Love and at Pont des Arts, the fantastic weight and heaviness of the atmospheric spirit was ambrosial. Lovingly working with water, charges and enlivens the molecules that nourishes our beings for we are all water and water surrounds us all. Be kind, speak gently, and be patient with one another, as we are all connected. You never know who you are truly affecting. River Niagara,  River Seine, Rainbow Bridge, thank you!

The unscripted divine nature of the water, the bridges, and the mists! I heard the roar of many rushing waters, that sounded like a mesmerizing thunderous voice, that spoke to my soul, as if Love was writing a letter and mailing it to my heart. Although I could not touch the waters, subconsciously, we divinely danced, we flowed beautifully together, we both took the lead in the stillness of the night, as we floated under, atop, beside, and over the bridge, weaving a web of new connective patterns while destroying the toxic threads. Similar to a recharging of our senses like an ethereal healing, we mended our fabric of existence in a deep enchantment. Effortlessly intertwined and locked in like the perfect fit, we sprung up and out, forming the foam and mists, like an innocent but intoxicating pure smoke, hovering on top like clouds above and below, flashing with cosmic lights and shadows. Similar to Petra tou Romiou, this place is like a portal, where we meet, for we are no strangers here and there, straddling this elemental world of time and space. We are Water, we are Bridges, we are the Mists, and we are Healing. Now let these healing RIVERS FLOW to those who thirst.

As with a, Woman with a Parasol, by Monet, I FLOAT because my world just started Rocking and we've got so far to go, to reach that legendary great grandmamma and great granddaddy love. Clarion Call: My eternal living WATER and blood - my divine spirit, you mean the world to me, always have, always will, with your magick, please quinch my vitality and give me a dose. Memento Mori,...

The walk from the bridge is amazing, rather than driving. Indeed once you enter USA then you may end up walking too much as it's too long to cover ample amount of space. While entering from Canada by walk, you need to pay $1 canadian to pay as pedestrian toll. So make sure you have that with you if you dont have then you can keep $5 or $10 bill only those bills can be converted in the machine as shown in the photos. Apart from that if you visit niagara state park then there is no other fees or expense apart form whatever you plan to purchase or consume any food. Once you cross the bridge from Canada then after entering USA you need to go through immigration office where your purpose of visit and passport will be asked any other nation apart from Canadian or USA you will need to provide your fingerprints as photo is mandatory for eveyone. Question will be asked as below

Purpose of visit in USA and where will you go? Which is your country origin? Or which country passports do you have ? How long will you stay in USA?

After you finish your trip, then while returning back you just exit USA from the pedestrian side without paying any toll and direct go towards Canada immigration, where the officer will ask.

Where do you stay? Where did you visit in USA? Maybe also why? Did you purchase any duty free stuff?

He will take the passport print in the machine and that's it you are out of the office in 2 to 3min.

Both the immigration office visit will last only for max 10min and you are done. Depends on each and every other individual file and origin of country.

Keep in mind if you prefer to go USA on foot to watch the falls, be prepared to have long walks so walk with comfortable shoes and attire.

However you will find washrooms on the USA nigara falls, so don't worry to hold on to your bladder till they burst 😅😬😉

The wind is too strong on the falls both the side. If it's cold dress appropriately or you will be chilled, even if it's warm carry some extra layer of cloth to help you if...
