Flip Burger - Sweet Spot — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

We were looking for a place to have lunch our last day in Niagara and the kids both wanted burgers. Flip Burger popped up as the closest so we headed over on foot from the Niagara Falls State Park. If you have ever been to a Five Guys...Flip Burger will feel VERY familiar. And that's not for a bad reason, not only is the menu, and look of the place similar.... The food is just as phenomenal. Juicy burgers, gooey cheese, real bacon, crispy fries. There's no fountain drinks so be prepared to buy bottled soda. We got there just before a rush so our wait wasn't long for our order 5-10 minutes, but looks like that bumps up to about 10-15 when there's a decent line. Price is a bit steep. Four drinks, two burgers, two double burgers and a large fry (enough for four people) ran about 50 bucks. HOWEVER... This is not a criticism... It's a reminder... You're in a huge international tourist destination one block away from the main attraction...expect bumped up prices. Don't be that prat that complains like it...

We were visiting from Canada yesterday and got hungry, so we decided to try Flip Burger/Sweet Spot. It was very delicious, and there was no line or wait. The seats were very accessible compared to the patio outside. We got the single burger for $8 and customized it with cheese for an additional $1, smoked applewood bacon for an additional $2.75, and all the free additional toppings. With those add-ons, the total could be $12-$15 USD, which is $16.49 CAD to $20.62 CAD. Yes, it’s pricey considering you’re only getting a burger, and they don’t do combos. Drinks, such as a bottle, are $3.75 USD, which is $5.16 CAD. But it’s a touristy spot, and the food is good, so it’s worth the experience. They also have a dessert place connected that sells ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, and cookies. The staff were friendly. Shoutout to the girl who took our order; we had a nice conversation, and she was from Uzbekistan, as well as the other Spanish workers. I would definitely recommend it! I will give 4 for the burger we got - Double and Vegan and the lady who took our order was friendly as what the reviews says here. The drinks was not cold and not they offered ice. But last night, one rude tiny lady came to our table (seated inside the store as it was full pack outside) was so rude. She said why we are seated there coz they are close? I was half way eating my burger and lost appetite. I let my husband finish his burger and we stand getting ready to leave. On our way out that lady said thank you for coming and have a good night sarcastically (the nerve) but I was not happy and just stared at her then she added or NOT! That was the rudest experience I ever have in my life. Never will go there or recommend this place.
