In the first room, I was politely gesturing towards a painting — not touching or getting too close — and was immediately cautioned by staff. From that point on, we felt closely monitored throughout, which made it difficult to relax or fully engage with the artwork.

She sure needs the charm school. No welcome just "you have put your backpack downstairs". The museum is supposedly open until 1800, at 1750 she had deserted the shop, re-appearing at 1755 at which point my browsing was greeted with a very ubrupt "we are closed".
