Hello, Small museum, some interesting items on displays, covers the stone and bronze ages. I have spent around 1-1.5h to look at the exhibits without any hurry and read the descriptions. The items are usual for the timelines: flint and bronse daggers, arrowheads, some utensils etc. Still allows to envisage the life of people in that region. A ticket costs 100NOK to enter, well, British Musem is free and much larger, but who I am to complain!? :) There is a cafe and gift shop onsite. Read moreLovely bit of history of the Vikings. I could have spent hours and hours in this place just taking every single bit in of what they have of the vikings. It is filled with allsorts of items and skeletons. They have colllected a whole lot, this place is worth coming to visit if ever in the area. There is also a lovely cafe situated in the building if you need to take a break before taken on the reminder of the museum. To make it even more worth while there is a gift shop as your on the way out to take some valuable gifts home to remember this...
