The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. The waiters are quite slow, but tolerable if you call.

tartare - and here you will find meat, inexplicably sliced ​​or even torn into different pieces, served with sauce sprinkled on the plate. Such presentations with splashes on a plate have been in fashion for a long time. taste ok. but I would not repeat it.

the basis is meat. If you like dry, not juicy meat that is lightly fried and needs a little chew, then this is ideal for 550 NOK for 150 grams, of which you will leave some on the plate (see the picture) my bad was ordering this type.

I have zero complaints about the restaurant. It just didn’t match my taste and serving preferences for that money. Only one thing I wish you to work on your food...

This is a large dine-in restaurant with a candle light atmosphere at night. It is very clean and a good spot for a professional or special occasion dinner.

I ordered the fish soup together with the burger. They also served bread and a complimentary appetizer while I waited for the meal. The bread was good, and garlic aioli tasted fresh. The fish soup was delicious, tasty, and had a good balance of different fish. It was appropriately warm. The fish felt fresh.

The burger and fries were over very good. It was cooked to medium as requested. All the ingredients felt fresh. The burger helds it shape was easy to eat. It was not too saucy like many fast food joints, it was well balanced. The fries were also crispy. Overall it was a professionally done burger and fries. My main criticism with the burger is everything felt a bit under seasoned, both the fries and the burger. The table does have salt and pepper which I ended up using. They used a white cheese which is not too salty on its own.

I did think the music was a bit on the louder side and would have preferred if it was more in the background, making talking easier. Also I had to ask two different waiters to seat me as there was no one waiting at the front. Overall the...

Been here a couple of times with big groups (10+), small groups and solo.

First time was alone and the food was fast and delicious, service was great. This was back in 2022.

Came back with a big group in beginning of 2023 and the food and service was great, everyone happy and enjoyed the food, drinks and service.

Small group in 2023 and the service was lacking, took almost one hour after we finished the starter to get the mains and the food was cold when it arrived. The fish was bland and the sharing veggies was cold. The plate for the food was cold and the sauce was cold.

Struggled to get attention of the staff and they seemed very annoyed when the code for the toilet didn’t work. (Yes they have a code on the toilet, like McDonald’s.)

Catch of the day was a small fish filet for 500 NOK. With that price they could at least serve it warm.

It’s an excellent restaurant, very nice layout and excellent location and it would have been my preferred place for food and drinks if the service was better and if there were some smiles with the lack of service. Or if they would provide service and smiles.
