ilo Café & Restaurant — Restaurant in Stavanger

This is a large cafe and restaurant located inside a building. I really liked the atmosphere here, a great place to come with colleagues.

I ordered their fries and coffee. The fries had a unique cut, most likely hand cut. They were crispy on the outside and a fluffy and warm inside. They were salted appropriately as well. They were not oily, and warm, definitely cooked to serve. There was also some type of sauce which was a herb dressing. It was fresh and fet homemade and had a mild flavour. The portion size was also great for a lunch meal even if it was just fries.
