Orchid Casino — Attraction in Netherlands

Visited the casino today and went to cashout my voucher of $25.18. Cage cashier gave me $25 but no change. When I asked for it he simply said "no change bud" and turned away from us. Asked the lady at the front desk that signed us up for the players card and she said she didn't know. She tried to call a manager I guess and said it would be 1/2 hour to get my change because he was on break. I get it was only 18 cents but is it even legal to not give a customer their money? Every other casino on the island gives change or at least a play slip voucher for their change....

Very rude staff. We had a bad experience in the $15 blackjack table and with the lady in the front desk when we asked her about a promotion. Very disrespectful responses from them with a bad attitude after we made valid questions without any type of provocation from our end. We went there expecting to spend a couple of hours and have fun, but instead after 20 minutes we decided that it just wasn't worth to keep spending our money in such a rude environment.

Definitely some questionable things happening at this casino. Yesterday, while playing roulette, the ball flew out of the roulette wheel twice. The ball was about to land on my number and all of a sudden, it was like air blew it completely out of the hole and out of the wheel. It was upsetting and other players were upset too. I’ve heard of casinos cheating customers by using air in roulette wheels, but never expected it to happen to me. Not sure how else to explain what happened, but we definitely...
