I had such a wonderful experience with Machu Picchu Terra from the moment I booked my ticket to the moment they dropped me off. Everything was perfect. This company was extremely organized & Professional,I highly highly recommend them. I found them online & chose them because they did not leave super early, no mandatory breakfast/lunch which I dislike and the package included everything. After reading their great reviews I went ahead & booked the ticket at an incredibly cheap price. I even tried to book the bus, train,Machu Picchu ticket with guide separately yet it would end up costing me double .My tour included the pick up from my hotel to the Cusco bus station. Because I was going in Feb there was no direct train from Cusco to Aguas Caliente due to rainy season so the ticket included the bus to Oyentetambo & a Peru rail train to Aguas Caliente. The ticket also included the bus from Aguas Caliente to Machu Picchu & a professional guide to show us Machu Picchu. All the returns were included as well. The Tour picked you up at 5 AM and brought you back by 9 PM which was reasonable.. Once I paid online, I got an immediate confirmation with our itinerary. I was able to email them and communicate with them through WhatsApp. 2 days before my Machu Picchu tour they dropped off a big package with all my tickets at my hotel. I was incredibly grateful & all the information was there, including more of a detailed itinerary. The day of the tour, my Tour guide came to pick me up right on time. His name was Atner. What an incredible person, very friendly and professional, spoke perfect, Spanish/ English, super informative. He was there from beginning to end, kept his eyes close on us to make sure none of us got lost, which I did not expect. Many of my friends have taken these kind of tours, & were kind of left hanging at the station for transfers not knowing what to do. Atner was there all the way & I felt very safe having this guide with us. The transportation took a good part of the day as it took us almost 4 hours to get to the Sacred citadel. Once we got there, unfortunately there was too much rain & clouds, we could not see the mountain but we did see a lot of beauty as the area is absolutely incredible. But what made my experience pleasant was not only my tour guide but I lovely photographers that accompanied them. They were a team of 3 young people,Renzo a guy & girl. They were the official photographers of Machu Picchu Terra. They gladly took photos of us with our own phones which I am so grateful for. As a solo traveler it’s always awkward for me to ask strangers to take photos of me, and these wonderful people did a great job to help me with that. Our group was split in different activity levels as some of us were a bit faster. Atner stayed with the other wonderful people of my group, but Renzo & the photographers were quicker so they acted as my guides. Renzo spoke perfect English,Spanish & explain so many things to me. He took such beautiful pictures of me at Machu Picchu. I am so grateful Renzo , he is a true, genuine, kind person & a wonderful photographer, artists. All in all such a wonderful experience with this tour company. I’m already planning to come back in hotter months to see the citadel without the rain. I know I want to book with this company again but only if I will get the same photographers & tour guide. For everyone reading this, please do not hesitate, book your tour with this company. This is one of the best tours I’ve ever taken in my life. The only regret that I have is not being able to tip my photographers. I was able to tip my guide( please tip the guides very well because they work hard) but once we got on our last bus, I realized that our photographers did not come with us. Renzo really deserve the biggest tip and I am sad because he was also an excellent guide for me. Perhaps next time I shall tip double! In conclusion I want to thank Machu Picchu Terra, At er & Renzo for this unforgettable experience. I am so grateful & I appreciate these people so much.

I had done the trip with machu pichu Terra in July and overall it was fine. I suppose I had a different experience as English speaker. Tickets were delivered to the hotel but very late and without knowing much about the transfers you can be lost with so many. I had the pick up in the morning however I got an updated timing. They keep in touch with you over the phone so your phone must be working in that part of the world. I was the only e English speaker in the group... A bit difficult as almost nobody spoke English to guide you, just had to follow the group. Return the same but I had befriended some people in the group who could speak a little and translate especially that the train on return didn't get us to the point of departure and we had to transfer to a coach. All tickets bought from them were in order. Best part of the tour was the guide who was fantastic. I would give him 5*. Despite being the only one in the group speaking English he made the effort and translated simultaneously everything. Just fantastic. On return in cusco, they dropped me at the hotel. If they would improve communication would definitely raise the quality of the trip.

One of my best experience in Peru. Booked my Machu Picchu ticket with Machu Picchu Terra, went to the office for some enquiries. They are so helpful. Special thanks to Windel that offered me so much help and assistance. They have a very nice and warm office as well! Highly recommended.

Without any warning over email or text message, 2 weeks before my tour date they just canceled my reservation because the payment I used 1 month before had not processed. They didn't bother to coordinate the time for the tour guide to come to our hotel like it says on their site. He just dropped off our packet without a word. Then the worst part was 2 out of the 4 people In our reservation had return train times completely different from ours and would have to return home 2 hours after us. The guide said that the agency would take care of it for us, they didn't. So at the train station the agency texted me saying that I could just ask the train company to change the tickets for an earlier time (there was also no one from the agency at the train station like it said there would be) obviously the train station was completely booked and couldn't change the tickets. So then the agency told me to ask about a StandBy line for the 2 in our group to hopefully get on our train. I asked the train station about a standby line and they said it was only for the Native Peruvian train (I'm American and the agency knew that!) So this agency flat our lied to me all day and didn't care about the difficulty and frustration that this caused my family while traveling to...

Great agency to do the Inca Trail We had no prior information about the agency, we did some basic research on the internet, it looked good, and we booked the 4-day Inca Trail with them. Our guides were Javier and Joel, and we were part of a 12 people group (+ Joel and Javier, and 15 porters). The day before leaving, we met with Joel, and he briefed us about the trail, so we knew what to expect. Once you're doing the trail, they made everything so that you had a memorable experience. You have to be physically fit to do it (you don't need to be Superman) but, as always happens, there are different levels. And that's not a problem at all. You always feel guided and taken care of. Along the trail, there are several historical sights. You always get an interesting explanation about them. Another important point is the role of the porters. They make everything so that you're perfect. They cook like angels, they leave after you and they arrive to the stop sites so that everything is ready. For me, it's been one of the best experiences I've had. And, according to what I've read, or I've been told, this agency really takes care of their...
