What a shame. Treated poorly from the moment we walked in. Very curt. There were a few people there in one party who looked like they were deciding where to sit. We asked nicely if we could take a particular table and sternly told no. We sat elsewhere and waited an inordinate amount of time before a server came to us with menus. We asked a few questions about recommdations, placed our order swiftly and waited for a long period of time again before my daughter, who speaks Spanish, got up to check on our order. She came back to the table, obviously flushed and frustrated, and said we were leaving- this is not typical behavior for my sweet, loving moon child of a girl. I got up, we left, and after we were some paces beyond the place, she shared that they had gruffly told her that it would be at least another 20 minutes before she got her beer. Again, what a shame. Great authentic introduction to what Cusco has to offer. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with live music as well as communal tables where you get to see what others are dining on. We came here during lunch and it was packed. After observing what the locals were eating, we went with the guinea pig and the pork knuckles. When eating it, make sure to try with the green sauce - intense with strong hints of lime and green spicy chili - that come with the table, it goes well both meat. El lugar es céntrico, los precios son comodos y la comida en proporcional al precio, sin embargo, una vez en el local se encontró que este estaba lleno, nadie te da razon respecto a cuando se puede liberar una mesa, asumismos que era por la temporada alta de turismo, pero en la cola de espera, otras personas que también estaban en el lugar nos informaron que siempre estaba asi pero que el restaurante no hacía nada por solucionar este detalle, esperamos 30 minutos para una mesa y una vez desocupada una, nos sentamos en la misma, donde nunca se acerco el mozo, por lo que tuvimos que ir por la carta nosotros mismos, una vez tomada la orden, fueron otros 50 minutos de espera, llegados los platos, tuvimos que volver a reclamar por cubiertos, porque tampoco nos pusieron estos, los platos no tenian nada de extraordinario, mi persona pidio asado de res, la cual estaba algo salado para mi gusto, mi pareja comenta que la trucha frita estaba agradable, terminamos y nos retiramos del lugar, en caja intentamos pagar con tarjeta, y pese a que habían letreros de que aceptaban tarjeta el señor que estaba en caja de forma nuy grosera nos respondío que solo aceptaba efectivo, en todo momento se intento ser cordial con el personal del restaurante intentando ser empaticos, pero ni el...
