Very good restaurant offering great quality sushi and Makis. The price for the food is reasonable and, although the variety is not that wide, the options they do have are pretty solid. Furthermore, the staff is quite nice, friendly and helpful, specially Josué. I have shrimp allergy and they were very considerate and thoughtful with it as well as other changes I asked for in my food. I had five different types of Makis and three of them were exceptional: acevichado, futo maki and tropical. Another one was quite good (andino) and the furai was probably just average, mainly because the rolls came a bit damaged and broken because of the cuts. Overall, I would give them a 4.75 score based on food. The atmosphere is a chilly one with nice music. Even though the street is quite busy (as it lead to San Blas Plaza), the restaurant feels like a cozy and calm place. Definitely recommended

A refreshing and healthy poke bowl from Oni was just what I needed today - I ordered the Andino Bowl with grilled trout and loved the variety, the presentation, the flavors, and especially the sauce that came with it. The carrots also came with their own flavor, which was a really nice touch considering how poke bowls have been a hit-or-miss for me in Peru. I'm ecstatic that I was able to get to know Takeshi, the owner, who was so kind to share a bit of his background growing up in Japan as a Peruvian. His passion for quality Japanese and Nikkei (Peruvian-Japanese fusion) food shines through the menu. I'll definitely be back!

I would have rated higher and felt conflicted. Firstly the restaurant is interesting with lots of nice graphics on the wall and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Did enjoy the ginger lemon drink and the chicken gyoza was delicious. Unfortunately if you've been to Japan then the ramen might dissapoint a little. It was tasty and well made but the noodles and egg are not Japanese style. Sadly I can see a comment from 3 months ago saying the same thing and it's not changed. Perhaps a limitation in available products it just could be better.
