2 stars cause it’s not the markets fault, but we had the worst experience at Tienda Kalikai the one by the Machu pichu mural, this woman was inattentive, distracted with a telenovela on her phone and ended up charging us 240 soles instead of 24 for some shot glasses. After realizing her mistake she freaked out tried to reverse it and couldn’t she ended up giving us a cash difference for which I even felt bad but accepted after we left she tracked us down asking for the money back because she couldn’t see the transaction on her end and wanted me to check my bank account which I did and didn’t see anything on my end at this point annoyed I asked them multiple times to just charge me what I owed for the shots glasses I purchased they wouldn’t cause they were “trying to figure it out” and we had to wait, we had a flight that same night, we didn’t have time to wait so we left a friend who lives in Peru contact info in case there were any issues and left VERY UNHAPPY with the lack of professionalism this store showed, they then had the audacity to text our friend asking for the 24 soles for the shot glasses and accused me of not paying, I had my friend settle the debt, but was left in shock of how rude and unprofessional this lady was, TERRIBLE experience for tourists. Avoid this store and this woman at all costs! Attached is a picture of how they...
