It's really disappointing here at CDC. We just arrived at the park today, and within less than 5 minutes, a guard approached us because of my 3 dogs and wanted us to put diapers on them. We explained that we brought tissues and plastic bags for their poop, but the guard still insisted that they needed diapers. I understand that he’s just following rules, but I wish there was a little consideration, especially since we came all the way from Marilao, Bulacan, just to let our dogs run around here at CDC. Read moreThe park's been around since forever. They host open-air converts here, softball games and soccer clinics. Its a popular place for families to picnic during the weekends, though there's no grilling. Its still a parade ground more than a nature park. There's a playgound and the Commercio food center on the CDC (building) end of the park. On the far end, there are 20 or so restaurants surrounding the Clark Museum.

The fountain is activated at 9am and children can play in it. The fountain is ground level and there is no pool. Colored lights illuminate the water. There are picnic tables and many large trees.
