I stayed there for two weeks and had a horrible experience with the elevators. There was no air conditioning, and the elevator stopped at every single floor. Some very rude people, particularly a few Chinese individuals, would step on my feet in a rush to leave the elevator without so much as a simple "excuse me."
Another issue was the security lady on the 8th floor by the swimming pool. My wife and I wanted to take a few portraits using my small, simple camera—not even a professional Canon or Nikon. However, the security woman claimed it wasn't allowed to take pictures with professional cameras. Ironically, my iPhone takes better pictures than my old Sony camera. I politely explained that my camera was not professional and even pointed out that it was only a 50mm lens, but she didn’t seem to understand my English, nor did she grasp what I was trying to say.
A similar situation occurred with the security personnel in the lobby. I asked for help with a Tagalog text message on my phone, and instead of assisting me, the guard just sent me to the second floor for no apparent reason. I hadn’t asked for directions or anything related to a specific floor. It was clear that many of the staff didn’t speak English and generally didn’t care about customer service.
Additionally, the large Air Residency tower had cockroaches everywhere, and no one seemed to care. The entire place smelled awful. I will never stay there again. The customer service was...

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this condo. From the start, communication with the owner was a nightmare. They ignored my emails and would only communicate through WhatsApp or Viber, which made things difficult and delayed my check-in by 3 hours due to confusion and miscommunication.
We booked for 6 nights, but after the first night, we were moved to a different room because they didn’t give us the room we had reserved. This wasted our time as we had to repack and move instead of attending to our important appointments.
To make matters worse, both rooms we stayed in were infested with cockroaches. We killed dozens in just one night, which was absolutely disgusting. When we were moved to the second room, the bed was broken, forcing us to sleep on it that night. The following day, they promised to transfer us to another room, so we packed up again, but they informed us that they were fully booked. Instead, they fixed the bed while we were in the room, causing further disturbance.
After that, we were promised the room would be cleaned, but no one ever showed up. We asked for a refund or some form of compensation for all the inconvenience, but they outright refused. The lack of communication, poor service, and awful management made this stay a complete disaster.
I would never stay here again, and I advise others to avoid this place...
Read moreFor a pricey monthly maintenance fee, amenities and services are lacking. I really wonder where these dues go to.
A whole floor is wasted for seating areas that nobody ever uses. The pool is the only decent amenity. A gym would've have been more ideal.
The building isn't bad looking, but it's not well-maintained. Floors are eternally dusty. Busted elevator screens, broken glass walls, stained walls, blinking bulbs...
The cleaning staff, even though they can be unprofessional at times, are friendly. I just think they are understaffed. For a 60-storey building, I keep seeing the same faces cleaning everything.
You see roaches everywhere that you kinda get used to it. You can't walk down a hallway without seeing one either crawling or dead—sometimes the same cockroach as the day before because the floor hasn't been cleaned yet.
Security is questionable. One can simply enter the building without proper ID nor authorization. As a resident this is very concerning.
Poor information dissemination. Admin would rather plaster their faces on the lobby TV than provide more screentime on more important matters; turnout on important events such as fire and earthquake drills and were barely a dozen because of this. Also, too much paperwork is needed to get...
