The facility itself is nice. It's family and kids friendly. We enjoyed all the slides and the facility is clean as well. HOWEVER, the girl front staff (particularly in the entrance area where you get the entrance sticker, she has a long hair and wearing an eyeglass) is very RUDE. I am about to ask her something and I called her nicely as she was just in front of me. I tried to call her multiple times, and one of the staff even called her attention since a customer (me) is calling her attention. Mind you, she is not talking to anyone. There's not even a single customer in front of her. When she turned around to talk to me, she's particularly pissed for even calling out her attention. Her explanation was, a customer doesn't understand the instruction in another booth. Again in another booth, it means someone is already assisting the customer. And she was just there standing and doing nothing. We tried to ask her nicely but it seems like she doesn't want to be disturbed. It's very rude. I don't even know how you train your staff about good customer service. My kid even saw the incident and he also told me that your staff is not very nice. We had a reservation for 2 days in Hotel H2O. And it's not very...
Read moreI recently tried the Aqua Adventure experience at Manila Ocean Park, and it was a fun and exciting part of the visit! It’s a great activity if you’re looking for something more interactive and physically engaging.
I went for the Aqua Wall Climb and Water March, which involved climbing and balancing through a series of obstacles. It felt like a mini water-themed obstacle course—perfect for families or friends who want a mix of challenge and play. I recommend bringing extra clothes because you’ll definitely get wet.
The staff were attentive and made sure everyone was safe with proper gear and instructions. It was especially enjoyable because it added a bit of adrenaline to the usually calm and educational vibe of Ocean Park.
The area was clean and organized, and although it’s not a huge space, it’s well-designed for what it offers. If you're planning to visit Ocean Park, I suggest adding the Aqua Adventure to your itinerary—it's a refreshing and active break between the indoor exhibits.
It’s definitely worth trying, especially if you want to add a splash of fun to your...
Read moreThis is a new attraction in the H2O Hotel area. We went there on a rainy Sunday, but it still had quite a number of people, from day tour visitors and hotel guests. So If want mo na wala masyado tao, Sunday is still a good idea but weekday is much better.
They have lockers for your belongings. If you're a hotel guest, they will provide a towel, but if you're not, I think you’ll need to rent one. And of course, they have a shower area.
The aqua park is spacious and perfect for children who want to play in an outdoor water park setting. Adults can have fun too, there are big slides! I really enjoyed our adventure here, and I can say my daughter did too. ☺️
BUT at first, medyo weird lang that people watching from the bird show and sea lion show stadium could see us in the water park. But...
