ETON Baypark, Manila — Hotel in Manila

This hotel has no entrance hall and no reception desk. There are only a disinterested security guards. When I checked in, the security guards told me that I couldn't check in without my room number and told me to go home. It was first experience for me so I was very surprised. After staying there for two nights, I negotiated with the hotel owner through chat to leave my suitcase until the evening because I was going to move to another hotel after sightseeing in the area. Through chat the hotel owner said okay, but the security guard said they couldn't and that said it had no relationship with them. In the end, since it was a hotel with no entrance, we decided to leave my suitcase in the room at which I stayed and would come again to pick it up later. The hotel owner and the security guards both agreed with. However, when I actually went to pick it up, the same security guards told me that they couldn't open the room after checking out and tell me call a taxi and go home soon. I wasted more than one hour contacting the hotel owner using an international phone call and finally got my suitcase back. The security guards made fun of me until the end and told me to get out quickly.

In summary, this hotel is just too expensive and there is no point in staying here. It's a waste of money and time. Lastly, I imagine that the security guards here are incapable of understanding the words and concepts of responsibility and hospitality.

If you want to waste your time and money and feel very bad, I wholeheartedly recommend you to stay...

Nice condo. Unit nice view overlooking the Manila Bay relaxing atmosphere. The security guards on duty are good very polite and respectful, the maintenance department they are responsive to all your needs for repair and everything. Clean facilities, not crowded. The only thing I don't like here is the high price of electric bill oh no!!!! And they ask for a advance again if u will renew the contract for another year but in other condos they don't ask for it. They don't have enough parking space for tenants. Quite expensive to live in here. It's fine to stay here for vacation or just a quick stay, but not for long. For me only in my own point of view, it's not good to live here as a residential stay because its so warm and hot. Facing south according to some Feng Shui masters its not good for some reasons and also facing the sunset. But the...

As of now...i am here...this is a hotel condominium place...infront of Luneta Park...this place is convenience n ok for the single n new couple to stay a short days having vacation here in Manila Phillippines....very in many officess like US embassy n a lots of amusement places where can make you happy...a lot's of hotels n restaurant..bars..n malls....it is also infront...
