Studio City by Filinvest — Attraction in Muntinlupa

Peaceful with 24 hrs security. Has game room, laundry shop, water refilling station, swimming pool & gym. 5 towers to choose from but same floor area, so small that's why I requested for the unit to be good for 2 only. If your going to rent here make sure to check your unit first. I came from a different tower & it's okay. It's just I can't bare the situation that we are 3 in the room & I was at the top bunk bed. Since I had a wrist dislocation, I'm having a hard time going up & down To shorten the story, I move to another unit & there's a lot of baby cockroaches roaming around. I hope this will bring attention to the unit owners to check first before allowing renters to vacate it, our health is at risk here. If your a renter, just double or triple check...

Not a great place to live. Unlike other condominiums OF THE SAME CLASS, this one doesn’t have CCTVs in the hallways, security isnt tight as it should be, and you can not use the pool and gym whenever you “just feel like it” you would have to email the admin (i was told) before you get an approval to use the amenities. You would think that receiving your deliveries from couriers would be convenient, but NO! You’d have to be physically present otherwise you won’t get your deliveries. Security guards (who also act as the receptionists) won’t receive your deliveries.

If I would have it my way, I’d get a refund from my rent deposit and just breach my contract so I can go transfer to another...

Water is dirty—bathroom tiles turn yellow after just a few days. Yet water charges are very high—₱77 per kWh/m³(2023 billing) vs. ₱43.7 in our new place.

Everything needs app approval—gym, swimming, even visitors (with extra fees). Guards often aren’t updated in real time since they rely on the app, making things very inconvenient. Imagine a friend or a sibling getting stranded on a typhoon day because the roads are not passable and they couldn’t stay with you because of this system?
