Firstly, it is not a kid friendly place. You can smell cigarettes everywhere. The ground floor is an open space for smokers. Even when my sister is at the food court or at the main lobby or by the entrance you can smell smoke everywhere. By the time you get in your room your whole body smells like cigarette smoke already. The rooms are really nice and clean, the room service is excellent as well, hands down to the housekeeping staff. Also the ladies working at Dragon Bar were lovely and hardworking. The valet service is 0 stars. By the time we checked out at 11:40 and asked valet service for our car. We have been waiting for over half an hour. It’s the management’s fault. This is a busy time. A lot of people checkin in and checking out at the same time. Obviously the valet service will be busy, then they should roster more people for this busy time. It’s a big problem with a simple solution that the management wants to ignore. I feel bad for the staff working twice and thrice as much only to get the same pay. It seems like Solaire has a toxic management culture that values only money. That staff deserves better. The food court last night was EXTREMELY CROWDED. Solaire should have a crowd control on how much people they are going to let in. The staff seemed like they were going to go crazy trying their best to mend the situation. The ambiance of the place is not how I remember it from before. If not for the event we had to go to last night, we wouldn’t have stayed.

It is a really amazing hotel. The rooms are really clean and the service is awesome. We had a quite comfy king sized bed which is not too hard and not too soft - so perfect for a good sleep. Everything from a little couch too a working table is inside the room including a fridge and mini bar. The bathroom which comes with the room is very nice. There is shower and bathtub included. All the little things which hotel guest would need for a comfy stay, like water, shampoo, soap, coffee and tea are included. Via 5th floor you can visit the hotel pool and have a nice view over the sea. There is also a pool bar, perfect to relax a bit. On the ground floor of the hotel you can find a big amount of restaurants and shops beside the casino. All the food and cocktails I've tasted there are awesome. Of course the price is also a little higher but still ok. And there are offers like a happy hour at some bars for unlimited cocktails. The parking house is directly connected to the casino and hotel itself. I can recommend to have a stay at this hotel. I'm looking forward to my next check-in there.

The female Receptionist welcomed us with an attitude. Not very helpful I booked two rooms for me and my husband and the other room for my grandmother. I requested a room close to each other. But they couldn’t attend to my request. STOLEN MAKE UP After checking out, I noticed my Chanel eyeshadow is not in my pouch. I only used it in our hotel room the morning of our check out. I called the hotel right away but they told me the cleaners didn’t saw it. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and every time I leave something it always comes back. Very unprofessional. Casino staffs talks about the guests in front of them (in their language). Including the manager. Very unprofessional. You don’t talk about your guests in your own language assuming they don’t understand. I am Japanese but I can understand Tagalog. The restaurant is just okay. The food, the cleanliness it’s not a 5 star level. Definitely won’t recommend and not staying again. However, the bellboys in the lobby was very kind and helpful to my grandmother and I was impressed with their respect to the elders.

Our family went here last Easter Sunday to celebrate and to watch Miss Saigon. We had an amazing time. Check in was quick, the staff from are attentive and helpful. Originally we booked for a city view but we got an upgrade of bay view. Room is spacious - we are a family of three (with a one year old baby). In our room, a cheesecake and easter treats were prepared, so thoughtful. Welcome drinks from Oasis was superb! You will never ran out of things to do, there are lots of stores where you can go shopping and lots of choices for restaurants. We also got a complimentary use of day bed in the pool area. The pool was huge, clean, and life vests were available. Went to watch Miss Saigon at The Theatre, it was so organized as well. We also tried the in room dining, food ws delivered on time and it was nicely prepared on our room as well. We had our buffet breakfast at Fresh, great and wide variety of food choices. Overall, we had a FUNtastic and relaxing stay. We'll be sure to be back.

We stayed at the hotel overnight as we were watching a concert at The Theatre. Glad we did, as we heard from our friends that it took them forever to get out of the carpark. First the line for elevators to the carpark, then a line to drive out of the building. Service at the hotel was excellent. The staff are incredibly well trained and hospitable. Check in and check out was very smooth. Food and beverage also very good, including room service which had generous size servings. Price is higher but you get very good quality, so it is worth it. My only complaint is that the poolside cafe was not open. This would have made our stay perfect, if it were. We wanted to spend the morning by the pool, as a result we did not have breakfast until 11:40am and had to rush our meal trying to check out by 12 noon. At least let guests order from room service with delivery to the poolside. It would have made a difference and earned that final 5-star rating.
