I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience made me feel like I had to share. The food itself was okay, but considering the price point, it really didn’t feel worth it. We’ve had meals at other fine dining restaurants that cost less and yet offered service that was on a completely different level. That contrast stood out the most to us.
We expected a little more attentiveness. Of course, we understand the staff can’t just focus on us alone, but at the very least someone should have been checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Instead, it felt like we were mostly left on our own. Service is often what elevates a dining experience, and in this case, it fell short.
Luckily, being in Solaire, the location and ambiance were still wonderful, and that helped carry the night to some extent. Perhaps our choice of order wasn’t the best, and we can accept that part of it might be on us — but still, attentive service should make up for things like that. Even the complimentary cake they gave us, while a nice idea, ended up feeling underwhelming and didn’t add much to the experience.
Maybe I expected too much based on my past dining experiences, but when you go to a place like this, you expect not just decent food, but also warmth and care in how guests are treated. Unfortunately, that was missing for us this time, and it left us feeling...

With some of the best creations from Murano that are likely to be hard to find curated and dripping, here and there, I’d say that this place would be a Welcome relief. Art deco cuttlery, German glassware and linens to match and cannot-ignore-marbled walls done to perfection were all top notch. Bravo! Mahusay!! 👏🏼👏🏼
With some fabulously selected wines by their WSET-trained Sommelier are available to compliment the visit ... 🥂🍷
While i wished the plates were heated when my steak was served, guys, its the Snake River Farm Wagyu Rib Eye “from heaven” to watch out for! 😂. And if you can find a way to have a generous slice of seared goose foie gras on top of it then, your week is made. 👍🏽👍🏽
Definitely, a date place that won’t disappoint. 🥂🍷
Tip #1 : If one has the time, I would not rush to be seated in the main dining room. I would relish an apperitiff in the seating area by the entrance first. And enjoy the performance of the chanteuse. 🎼🎹🎤
Tip #2 : Head for the balcony and spend a moment there.
Tip #3 : Check out the wines from the Mazzei winery. The Siepi 2017 is fab, complex, sophisticated.

Read moreWe had our anniversary dinner here, it was 😃! Located in the Solaire Resort the ambiance is nothing but total luxury, and food is definitely on par with the setting.
We started the happy hour unlimited drink special, which I fully used. They had 3 cocktails available, of which I enjoyed 2 out of the 3, and got 6 total over the night. It came with some small appetizers which we had along with the complementary bread basket.
Next we split a Ceasar salad and Agnolotti. My girlfriend actually enjoyed the Caesar salad, which is a first, she never likes salads.
We were a little disappointed with Agnolotti, we like the concept but felt the sauce was too salty. I ended up finishing my girlfriend's portion.
The Australian Wagyu Ribeye steak was the highlight dish, and the best we've ever had. A succulent beef flavor, excellent charring, and very tender. It absolutely did not need any sauce, though we did try the truffle butter, and the option was nice.
The sides were nice additions though we were getting pretty full.
For dessert we really loved the tiramisu, truly a wonderful end to...
