The whole top floor is a dedicated bazaar for those looking for items that can all be found in one place. Notably, this place charges people for the use of toilets. At first glance, this may seem to be an unnecessary exaction, but when one considers that people from the train station sometimes just go to the mall to pee instead of actually buying anything, this appears to be a wise move on the part of management. As an added bonus, there is a direct connection between the mall and Araneta Coliseum, and it's just a stone's throw away from Farmers Market.
