We ordered groceries last Friday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. • Several tomatoes arrived already damaged and unusable. • The pasta package contained bugs, which is unacceptable. • The free Magnolia cheese from the promo was missing, even though my order qualified. I specifically added San Miguel products to get this freebie. When I followed up, I was told it would be sent with my next order—whenever that may be. That’s not acceptable for a paid promotion. When I contacted customer support, they insisted on retrieving the damaged items via motor delivery, even though motorcycles are not allowed in our area. This would have forced me and my child to walk all the way to the gate in the rain just to return two items. This process was completely unreasonable and showed no consideration for the customer. The delivery driver also repeatedly complained because I didn’t reply to Viber immediately. He told me he was about to return the order to Landers after waiting about 8 minutes. I explained that Viber notifications are not always instant, and that he could have called my mobile instead. When he finally did, I went down right away. His attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, this experience was highly inconvenient and unprofessional from start to finish. Landers urgently needs to improve product quality control, delivery reliability, and customer service responsiveness.

Hi I am from New Zealand and I visited the Fairveiw store last night and didn’t have the greatest shopping experience. First of all when signing up to obtain a membership the Customer service rep did not directly talk to me she had the conversation with my partner in Tagalog When I asked the lady to explain in English she just laughed at me and carried on in her Tagalog in the meantime all her coulliges laughed at me as well I find this behavior very offensive rude and raciest. If the customer service rep explained to us that she was not confident in speaking English or for some other reason, we would have accepted her explanation and moved on The second point is when looking for wine, I was surprised to see a sign indicating New Zealand Wine However when looking at this section there is no New Zealand wine at all with the exception of a wine “Marlborough Sounds Pinot Gris 750mL” that is produced in New Zealand in bulk and shipped to the Australian Buyer and distributor for bottling There are some very good wines available in New Zealand that have won International awards So I was disappointed again The final disappointment was after purchasing P15kplus goods we decided to have a meal I went to order our selection from the menu and was pushed away by customers and again laughed at by staff The staff acted as though they did not want to seve or help me with my order so I walked away

So yeah, I've been a Landers member for a long time, usually going to Otis or North branches. And I'm so happy there's one near my place now. My experience shopping here: 1st: There's plenty of parking space, so I have no issues with that. 2nd: It's great to shop during sales because you can get items at a lower price. 3rd: I read that some people have bought expired items, so I checked the expiration dates, and most of the international items, especially, are either nearly expired or just have a few days left. 4th: There are products here that I can't find elsewhere, so I usually come here just to buy those. 5th: Am I the only one noticing this? Every time I visit, the cashiers always seem tired and unmotivated. It's as if they don't enjoy their job anymore. If I compare it to SM Supermarket, which is always crowded, I don't feel this way about the cashiers there. 6th: About their food court, I've only eaten there once because it takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours just to get your meal. I noticed they're understaffed, and you can see that the staff are already tired. As for the food, it's just so-so compared to other Landers branches. 7th: I like their breads and cold items. I'm just using my Landers Maya credit card here. So I'll come back for the products, just mindful of the expiration dates.

I rarely write reviews, as I seldom take the time to leave feedback about the places I go or the things I buy. But my recent experience at Landers Fairview was exceptional, and I truly feel it deserves recognition.

The staff at Landers are genuinely concerned about their customers, and they do their jobs with passion. Yesterday, after buying some groceries, I decided to eat inside Landers and ordered some foods to take home—my siblings’ favorite. Unfortunately, while riding a Grab on my way home, I realized I had forgotten my takeout food on the table. I felt disappointed, knowing it would most likely be thrown away by the cleaning staff.

To my surprise, about 15 minutes into my ride, I received a call from Landers. A staff member, who introduced herself as Jenicar (if I heard correctly), informed me that I had left my takeout on the table. She told me they will place it in the chiller for safekeeping so I could return the next day to pick it up. I asked if it was possible for me to just book a rider to collect it right away, and she gladly agreed. Thanks to their effort, my food was returned to me without any hassle.

What impressed me the most was how they even managed to contact me. They must have checked the receipt and looked up my contact details in their system. That level of initiative and thoughtfulness shows true dedication.

I also appreciate that Landers truly honors their 9 PM closing time (Weekdays). Unlike other establishments that technically close at 9 PM but stop serving food as early as 8:30 PM, often with many dishes already out of stock. Landers continues to serve food right up until closing. This shows great respect for their customers’ time and dining experience.

Overall, I salute the staff of Landers Fairview for going the extra mile, being proactive, and genuinely caring for their customers. Kudos to the team, and more...

My first visit to this store was a bit off-putting. My husband had brought me back to complete registration details and claim my physical card since he had purchased one for me via a B1T1 promo they had done a couple of weeks back. The only instruction he was given then after he availed of the promo was to bring me back. But once there, the staff on duty insisted that they needed the actual receipt as proof to issue my card. Even though they had the record of the transaction and my husband's own card presented as proof, they did not deem this enough. They didn't trust the validity of their own card? It was baffling that I was there ready to shop and make a purchase but they would turn me away on a technicality? If I left without a card, I wouldn't return. I already have S&R anyway. Fortunately, after carefully looking through his receipts, my husband found his copy and we were finally able to go in.

The store is beautiful, spacious and fairly well-stocked. The staff along the aisles were happily more accommodating than the ones in the customer service counter. Once we had shopped, we sat down to eat. Here again, we appreciate the effort to create a warm and comfortable ambience in their dining area. But then again, the ordered meal was a letdown. We were enticed by the photos of the hotdog sandwiches on the menu board but once served, we realized the servings weren't consistent with the visuals. As well, no ketchup :(

There's still room for improvement. Hopefully our experience was just a glitch and they are better...

The grocery store was good however the aisle needs improvement like signs what are the products on there because it's so hard to find the things you want to buy

The food court is also nice and cozy and the pizza was great

The comfort room is also A+ although I couldn't find any tissue paper at that time outside only a jet dryer

The reason for 2 star is the barbershop, it's so frustrating that just because we availed the free haircut once a month as a member it's not a reason to not provide a good service. I understand the long wait but it seems off because they said 1 hr waiting time but it's almost 2 hours already if we didn't follow up I think they wouldn't call us as they said they will just queue us and call the contact number we provide. The barber is very rude like when he cut my hair there's no careful handling with it. My neck and scalp feels like it would tear off the haircut lasted only for I think 10 mins and below. My partner also got a haircut they just used razor for it and some scissors, the barber didn't even shave properly the hairline so my partner's hair was a mess, his haircut lasted for only 5 mins.

Overall the store was nice and the staffs we're nice. The only problem is the barbershop, I'm a paying member so the free haircut is not actually free and the barbers got those membership fees as one source of their income so I hope they be more careful and not be rude with the members just because they availed the...
