It was very crowded, with people of all ages, from babies to adults.

The added bumper cars and trampoline contributed to the crowd.

Poor management, the cashier insisted that we buy their socks, even though we had our own with grippers.

There was not enough space for shoes or lockers, and there was no designated area for babies and kids to eat or drink milk.

The space is very small. We tried to sit near the lockers, as it was the only seating available, but we were told we couldn't eat there! I explained that there was no other space available😤

I paid 950, but after just a few minutes, my daughter wanted to leave because of the situation. Been a loyal fan of fantasy world but for this branch will not recommend for parents who has baby to toddler ages.

Go to one ayala branch instead....

Previously the price was 650 for 1 guardian and 1 kid. We must purchase their socks then reuse for the next visit. 50p per pair

Today we visit, they increase the price to 750 free 2 pairs of socks. It’s already expensive at 650, now 750??? We want to come back but the socks thing is a pain, we can reuse the socks. But we ended up stocking up the socks from this place. They are orange color where else can we use the socks for any other event? This place trying to sell socks for a profit?

A line waiting but only one counter in service, the other counter2 not open, 2 other staffs stand by and watch. Not helps out at all until we asked for. Other than that, they don’t want even water inside for kids to drink. They have to come to locker area to drink.

The place was a pleasant surprise, offering many features—some of which were unique to this location. What stood out the most for me was their excellent service. I appreciated how they put cotton balls in the ears of kids entering the sand area to prevent sand from getting inside. Although thoughtful, it would be even better if they could provide proper protective gear for this.

Another thing I noticed was how well-maintained the place was. There was always someone around making sure everything stayed clean, which really added to the overall experience.

The price was also reasonable, especially considering it’s a fun place not just for kids but for adults too. It's a great spot for families looking for a clean, enjoyable, and well-managed...
