AQUA FUN - rejsy po Wiśle Kraków — Attraction in Krakow

If I could give zero out of five stars, I would. We booked tickets online to go for river cruise 12pm, 60 min, in what seems online to be a big boat. The second option ticket was a smaller boat for 30 min. When we arrivwd, there was no information. We waited until 12pm, and then was told to go on the small boat. The big boat, which we where supposed to take, suddenly get crowded with 50 schoolkids. I tried to find someone to ask for information. After some time, a man came, and just told us to go on the small boat. We told him that we where not interested in the smal, but the big. That was no option. Then I asked if we could change our tickets to a later schedual, or get a refund. Then the man just said no, small boat or nothing, and left. We just where standing there like two big questionmarks. We left without either option of going later, or our money back. Sad, because we really wanted to go for river cruise in such a nice Krakow weather.

Well I booked this ticket last week while at home in Scotland as I figured let's get all my bookings done now instead of trying to find touts. I booked this for the river cruise but primarily for the sunset. The information was really good. Not very loud and had to lean into the speaker a couple of times.

Lots of bridges!!! Couple fairly low. Made me chuckle when two ladies ducked before going them each time.

Would be handy if there was a wee pamphlet or a leaflet outlining the points of interest as a take away kind of souvenir. Not necessarily colour but would be nice as a keep sake.

Overall pleasant journey, calm boating, smooth turns. And a nice hour...

We wanted to do a river cruise in Krakow for the 5 of us, and after googling the best rated we gave this one a go. Grad we did!

Very friendly when we arrived and booked. We were able to go into the docked boat/bar next door and have a drink and sit in the sun until our boat departed. Then we were able to take our drinks from that boat onto the tour.

To be honest, there isn't that much to see on the tour. But for what there was, it was informative and interesting. They also pointed out a district of Krakow we'd not visited. We then visited and had the most...
