Fog House Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Krakow

Food look nice on the plate, but the quality of it left to desire much more,not only in the moment of consuming, but after too. We didn't feel well after this meet, both pork and beef steaks. Karkówka was terrible. The 🍺 beer is ok, Hobla and Litovel , and couple of local breweries. The waitors do not speak English, however the location of the place, very close to Wawel castle, would suggest to do so. When we ordered chips , we were waiting longer for Lays to be served than fried onion rings, so probably they went to nearby shop to buy it. Only one tasty dish was actually those onion rings. The toilet is only one for ladies and gentlemen, not even mentioning it is not adapted for people with limited abilities. Outside there was one table, and people were smoking a lot there. Went there looking for haiku sushi and it was unable to find the place. Its written Located in: Fog House Pub & Grill in Google. So i went into the fog house and asked the lady who works as the bartender and she was rude and refused to answer. This happened 9 January 2024 around 20:20. Why complicate things with non co-operative staff and without ease of access.

Nobody kept any dirty bags on your table just asked a question to the staff which was said in google that it was situated inside your place. Do not twist the matter. Just would have given a sensible answer to help, than have an immature attitude. Here's a picture which says in Google. Don't blame people...

Food was ok. BUT, rest was quite bad. First, you wont get served - not only we had to order at the bar but we had to ask for menu first. After we ordered - burgers and chicken steak we had to wait over 1 HOUR to get the meal. After 50 minutes we were told that the food will be ready in 5 min. Burgers and fries were ok but fast food like this should not take this long to cook. We came there for a quick lunch before departure and were quite disappointed. Tea made from teabags was ok quality but noone bothered to take empty mugs and teapots for whole duration of the stay so when we got the food there was limited space...
