Lustrzany Labirynt — Attraction in Krakow

There are several reasons for my 1* rating: (1) As soon as we arrived at the door, the lady on the entrance started aggressively trying to sell us "packages" whereby she was telling us they had "a special discount just for that day if we bought all packages". This sort of aggressive-marketing was immediately a bad sign to me that this place was some sort of scam. But as we had already come there, I did decide we would go for something - so I chose just the cheapest option - the "mirror maze" - because of the fact I didn't like her trying to aggressively sell. But once I chose this chepest option, was could not hide her disappointment and was then rude to us (seeming irritated by my decision to go for only the cheapest option). (2) The mirror-maze that we then went to was a massive disappointment. Because aside from being boring, it also seemed outright DANGEROUS - because it is a place where an accident could easily happen to a person if they were not careful and vigilent. So the fact that this place did not come with some sort of safety warning (or even the lady on the entrance bothering to check that our health was okay to go for this sort of dangerous "attraction") was another flaw. The other disconcerting thing by the way, was that once we were inside this mirror-maze, the man on duty (who was also very rude by the way), didn't seem at all interested or bothered to look out for people's safety when they were inside this maze. So genuinely cannot believe that this mirror-maze hasn't been screened or shut down for its utter lack of safety - because in my country it probably wouldn't even be allowed as it would be considered too dangerous. (3) And finally, it is also very misguiding that this place is listed as a "museum" in google. It is not a "museum" at all, but just what appeared a tacky dingy...

It seemed such a scam to be honest. There where 2 girls who passed us while we where paying (they have not payed) and they did the 7D + maze + vr game. Eventually we attended all 3 activities with them.

All activities were just so speedy. The instructor only gives you 10sec to read and immediately sends you in the activity.

Regarding the activities we did. We paid 20zln/each for all 3 activities.

7D movie was just 4D.

The laser maze was bad. The instructions were not clear. Suddenly we were playing and the girls just ruined the experience because they hit All the lasers pretty fast. It was less than 5 min. Then we were locked for quite some time waiting for the guy to unlock us from the room. Luckily we were not claustrophobic.

The vr game was scam n°3. The 2 girls kept playing endlessly, the instructions were again not clear, and when asked the instructor just said " I don't know the game". How come an instructor doesn't know the game? The instructior could overwatch me and my girlfriend with an external screen but both girls for some reason, didn't had any screen....

My girlfriend was playing nicely and eventually she was git by an orc in the game. The game is about preventing the orcs from coming in, if you get hit we get stunned. The game continues, but the instructor just rushed into taking the vr glasses of my girlfriends face.

The building is in very bad shape.

Definitely a no go. Don't...

UPDATED: In response to the business: I can assure you I am not a "competitor" only a traveler as evidenced by my other reviews. Sneaky move suggesting that to the public.

Original review: Definitely for the kids. A bit of a one trick pony in its activities. The best was the 7D theater. That I give 4 stars. The mirror maze was 3.5 stars.

The rest of the attractions are a little underwhelming. There is a VR archery game (I own a VR system so this was not exciting to pay for) and a VR roller coster game that were 1 star experiences. the laser game and find the light game got pretty boring after the first few minutes. If you have kids that like to run and you need to use up the energy, may be good for you.

There was a room of mirrors and laser lights that was interesting but besides taking selfies, there was no goal, objective or purpose other than hanging out in there for 15 minutes.

Overall I wouldn’t do it again nor think it was worth the price paid unless you have kids younger than teenagers who are easily entertained and have...
