Pijana Wisnia — Restaurant in Krakow

I had a very bad experience at this place. This is a famous Ukrainian brand so I decided to go there and try some drinks. Unfortunately I can not speak Ukrainian or Polish. My parents are from Kazakhstan and I can speak Russian. When I came inside at this place there were two guys as barkeeper. I wanted to order something and told them that I am a tourist and I can not speak Polish but Russian and English. So I asked them in Russian about their drink to help me to order something. And they replied me in English which was OK for me, I have no problem with that. But after I made an order this two barkeepers started to speak Russian whith each other in front of me. That was really disrespectful to me. I think such kind of staff is very unprofessional. Only because the drink was good I vote this place with two stars, otherwise I would vote it with zero...

This chain has a few locations around Poland I believe and it can be a bit touristy but nonetheless it’s worth a visit. They pretty much only sell one thing which is a cherry liqueur that’s a bit stronger than traditional wine. You can get it hot or cold to drink on the spot or buy one of the various bottles to go.

The prices are insanely cheap and the drink is actually pretty delicious as it’s fairly sweet and masks the alcohol well. Tried a glass to pass some time and enjoyed my visit. Would recommend to those looking for fun bar options beyond your...

This was our last stop to pick out some souvenirs to take home we had seen earlier on.

We asked “English” to the young lady, who astonishingly rolled her eyes said “urgh more english” and looked at her colleague who remained silent.

Genuinely shocked, stood there for a few seconds before realising they didn’t deserve our custom.

Visit Krakov - the people are wonderful, this place - not so much.
