A must see for anyone visiting Kravow..... Excellent performance by the orchestra and choir of Mozart's requiem in D minor,kv626. Cloakroom downstairs is free to use hand over your coat and you get giving a numbered token, hand back the token to receive your coat . I appreciated the announcement on stage in Polish and English of switch off phones, no photos during the performance and wait till the end of the performance before applauding. A price of 70 zolotys for a high class performance. Memorable performance, great value. There were variety of wine served at intermission. If you are into classical music, this is a must visit place. Recommend for everyone, top venue, top staff, top performance, top marks 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kraków lacs a proper philharmonic. This one is way too small and acoustics is suboptimal at least (you can hear tramways passing by, which ruins immersion) but somehow I have a deep nostalgia for this place. Could be a decent cameral concert hall once a big and modern philharmonic is built, but now it feels small and crowded for a big city. On the plus side, it is convenienttly located in the city centre, just next to a well connected tram stop and Planty park, 3 minutes by walk from the main square.

Clearly one of my favorite place to be on earth. I use to go to Kraków philharmonic every week when I was student back in years. Still today when I’m visiting krakow I check the programmation to see if something cool is played during my trip. It has been renewed recently and the krakow philharmonic is a place that helps culture development in which music is treated as the piece of art it is. It gives back to music it’s very special place for certain.

Filharmonia im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Krakowie – najważniejsza i jedna z największych sal koncertowych Krakowa. Znajduje się w gmachu przy ul. Zwierzynieckiej 1 (róg. ul. Straszewskiego). Jej zespoły koncertowały w ponad 30 krajach - niemal we wszystkich krajach europejskich oraz w Iranie, Japonii, Kanadzie, Korei Płd., Libanie, Turcji i USA. Od października 2012 roku Bogdan Tosza pełni funkcję Dyrektora Naczelnego...
