We recently visited Kolba Resti Bar in Krakow and were absolutely amazed! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is cozy, atmospheric, and relaxed, making it perfect for a casual evening with friends or a more intimate outing. The bar is small and intimate, which adds to its charm and makes it feel really special. The staff is absolutely fantastic – friendly, helpful, and attentive without being pushy. They took the time to explain everything to us, walked us through the different drinks, and gave great recommendations. We tried the fancy “Bitcone” drinks and several types of homemade liqueurs – and the results were just wow! Each drink was carefully crafted, not only in taste but also in presentation – truly a work of art in a glass. Although we didn’t try the food this time, we definitely plan to on our next visit to complete the experience. The bar has a single restroom, which was not an issue at all given the cozy size and relaxed vibe. Overall, we were extremely impressed – from the unique atmosphere to the excellent service and outstanding drinks. This is definitely one of those places you want to return to and recommend to others. We will surely be back for another visit to enjoy more of their incredible creations. Highly recommended – a truly...
Read moreWhile on our trip to Krakow, my girlfriend and I checked out this cool spot called Kolba Resto-Bar | Chemical Restaurant in Krakow, Poland. It’s like stepping into a medieval alchemist’s lab, with drinks served in chemical flasks and test tubes – just like something out of a Harry Potter movie!
The vibe inside was awesome, with mysterious decor all around. The service was really good too – the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.
We didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but the menu looked pretty tasty, with burgers, steaks, and more on offer.
Now, let’s talk drinks. They were okay, nothing mind-blowing, but they sure looked cool with the dry ice effect. And get this – each drink was only 33 Polish Zloty, which is about $8.25. Not bad for a fun night out!
Overall, I’d give Kolba Bar 3 out of 5 stars. The atmosphere was spot on, the service was great, and while the drinks weren’t amazing, they were decent enough for the price. I’m definitely coming back to try the food next time and see if it bumps...
Read moreOkay, since the restaurant claims me to be toxic, I will alter my review to be more objective in its critique. This is my opinion, according to my standards. If you are looking for an authentic experience, this may not the place you're looking for. They serve okay drinks with dry ice. That's the special part of the drinks. You can mix some of them your self, but that doesn't make the drinks chemical. I would say that the targetgroup for the establishment is 18 year-olds. We had a burger and a frying pan. The burger was large, and the greens fresh but overall nothing special. The fryingpan mainly consisted of potatoes. On the plus side, the music was comfortable and the waiter was nice. Overall, the food is okay and the drinks are okay, but go elsewhere if you are looking for an extraordinary...
