I was lucky enough to visit the Gingerbread Museum for free, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole place has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What I really appreciated is that everything is also available in English — not just the written descriptions, but also audio and video materials, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
There was even a hands-on gingerbread-making workshop! Sadly, I couldn’t join this time, but I really hope to come back and try it one day.
This museum is perfect for all ages. They even have some lovely cartoon storytelling and games for younger visitors, which adds a fun touch for families with kids.

The exhibition is rather small but I think they have special tours that are probably more fun. You can get this musuem as part of a 5 museums ticket for the price of 60zl
It's very informative on the topic and targeted at both children and adults, the interactive part could be a bit boring for an adult, for instance the explanation on how ginger bread is made are pretty basic. The remarkable part for me was to see the moulds used to make the models on the bread, some go back to the 15th century
