Ice Creat was ok but nothing special, however it was rather hot day so we did enjoy it. What I didn’t like was the service. I came up to the toll and explained that I was two portions of ice cream: one would have white chocolate and raspberries flavour and a cream flavour; the other portion would have grapefruit flavour and a passion fruit flavour. The girl at the till said ‘No, the flavours will come later. How many portions do you want? Four?’ To which I said ‘Well, no. Just two’. She then says from what I said that was 4 portions. I was confused and asked how they count a portion /to what a portion is. She rolled her eyes at me and then said that one portion is 100g of ice cream that could be split between two different flavours. So I said ‘Yes, I’ll have that please’. She carries on rolling her eyes. Why? What is the point of being so rude? There were two screens with flavours on but I didn’t see anything about portion sizes etc. anyway, I paid and we went our way. What made this all extra annoying is that I could understand if she didn’t understand me if I spoke English but I spoke POLISH to her, our language!!! That’s why I knocked 2 stars off. I was here a few times and ice-creams were very good. This time I ordered a deser lodowy since in past they made a very good one with fresh fruits. One of the girls said to the other "put cream so it'll look bigger" in polish language so I couldn't understand. It was really rude, like the modern art masterpiece that they served me. Eating should be a pleasure, even for eyes, not just filling bellies like pigs. Easily one of the best ice cream parlors we've visited in Warsaw. Long lines move quickly due to the feverish pace the staff work at. Take a peak inside to check what flavors they might have which aren't on display at the window outside. Can order both inside and outside.
