Coffee Karma — Restaurant in Warsaw

it’s usually a great experience and me and my friends love coming here because it’s a really nice place, but the only thing that’s unfortunate is how rude some workers can be. I respect and understand the policy, however i believe it could be communicated in a nicer manner. There is no reason to yell without respect, if one communicates with respect the policy will be treated with respect. No one feels like coming to a cafe to be screamed at it makes the atmosphere awkward and you can clearly tell from everyone staring uncomfortably. Many people i know said they won’t be coming here because it just ruins their time that they want to spend with friends. This doesn’t take away from the fact that i love this cafe, but as everything great it definitely has room for improvement, and this review is not to bully its simply to make a good cafe...

We were out with my friends for wine. My friend ordered even sandwiches there. Some of us ordered from places nearby and sat there. A worker there approaches us in English, screaming at us that we have to leave because we broke policy. We literally ordered there and were spending time there. Yet the worker there was screaming at us in English. We came back to order once again to be allowed to sit. The waiter started screaming that we speak Polish, even though he assumed we didn’t speak the language. He told us we weren’t welcome in a very disrespectful way. What a fabulous little cafe. This is part of a popular square full of restaurants and cafes, so you can easily stop in a few places. They have a very full menu of coffee, food, and adult beverages. The cappuccino that I started with was good. They have free WiFi if you’re there to get some work done, and you can choose between sitting outside, in the partially-enclosed porch area, or inside.
