The edamame were served hot, but also way overcooked (or frozen before cooking - the result was rather mushy either way). The nigiri sushi featured good quality fish, but the rice didn't taste freshly cooked. The shogayaki wasn't authentic tasting at all, but still pretty tasty (and came with much better rice than the sushi). The gracious greeting by the host made me anticipate a very pleasant ongoing experience. The interior decor is fresh and relaxing, very up-to-date. A wide array of menu choices made it difficult to choose but I settled for my faves: tempura veggies and udon soup with seafood tempura. The servings were large considering I was a solo customer. I think there is a huge misconception of the quality of their food in Poland and it is based on ignorance of what sushi should be. The servers are not attentive and seem not to care.
