I ordered Thai Basil and got Drunken Noodles instead (which is the most spicy dish in tuk tuk). I went to the counter to tell about the mistake and ask for the additional glass of water (I already ordered one drink) telling that the dish is just too hot for me but it can stay as it is, cause I don't want to make them a problem with preparing Thai Basil now. The stuff refused giving me water explaining that on the bill they have Drunken Noodles so it's what I have ordered. They didn't take into consideration that someone could have written the wrong dish on the bill. I would understand arguing if I asked for new dish instead, but proving customer's fault when they ask about the glass of water is just stupid. It's just a little thing but left me with too spicy food which I wasn't able to eat, rude stuff and in general bad experience for the entire group of my friends. As the only-english-speaker wasn't there the other two waiters looked at each other and then at us with a kind of disdainful expression (that we didn't understand because we were polite the whole time) and that was it. We ordered Pad Thai by the way, the food was...

Then says she needs to add beef separately, which seemed to be a big issue for her. She says beef would be 9pln total would around 45 pln.
I left. Seems like it's aimed only at take out/online orders, there was a ton of them on the counter. Nobody...
