Camps Bay is one of the best bays in South Africa, very nice place with great views and many shops, coffee shops and restaurants. It is a must visit place in Cape Town. You can only visit here just to enjoy sunset. A gorgeous beach with mountain backdrops. Street hawkers are the only major disturbance they are so focused on their job that can make your time spoiled. Other than this you would love to enjoy a beautiful time in a gorgeous sea beach with beautiful people. Sofet and white sand will give you heavenly feeling. Along the path you will find expensive houses with world class architecture. Bit of history of Camps Bay from Wikipedia, “Oudekraal is made up of a collection of tiny beaches sheltered amongst the boulders and a well established picnic area with lawns, Braais, covered seating areas with tables, benches and public toilets. Lui Bay (also known as Witsand) is a popular dive site. In 1977 two scrap vessels, the Antipolis and Romelia, were being towed around the cape when their tow line broke in a storm. This caused the Antipolis to run aground near Oudekraal, while the Romelia floundered further south between Llandudno and Sandy Bay. The hull of the Antipolis is now visible at low tide. Camps Bay Beach, a Blue Flag Beach since 2008, is the largest white sand beach in Camps Bay. There is a seasonal life guard station with toilets at the west end of the beach. The beach is opposite Camps Bay's main tourist hub, featuring multiple hotels, restaurants, and shops. Glen Beach, at the far right of Camps Bay beach, is known as Camps Bay's best surfing beach. Short, fast rides and a small take-off area makes Glen Beach one of the hardest of Cape Town's beach breaks to surf and has resulted in a strong local...

In Cape Town, South Africa, there is a well-known and recognizable beach called Camps Bay Beach. It is well known for its breathtaking natural beauty, which includes its white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a backdrop of imposing mountains. The beach is a picturesque location for both locals and tourists because it is positioned against the Twelve Apostles mountain range.

The beach is a fantastic location for a day of relaxation and enjoyment because it provides a variety of activities and amenities. Swim in the cool waters, sunbathe on the fine sand, and take in the breath-taking views of the mountains and ocean are all enjoyable activities for visitors. Along the beachfront, there are lots of dining establishments, coffee shops, and bars where guests can savor delectable meals and beverages while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Due to its popularity, Camps Bay Beach can become congested, particularly during the busiest travel seasons. However, its charm is enhanced by the lively environment and friendly vibe. As the sun sets behind the horizon, illuminating the sea and the beach with a golden glow, the beach is renowned for being a popular location for sunset views.

In general, Camps Bay Beach in Cape Town is a must-visit location because it provides the ideal fusion of scenic natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and a vibrant beachfront scene. Spending time at Camps Bay Beach is sure to be a memorable experience, whether you're a local...

Camps Bay is Cape Town's party beach: a beautiful, long stretch of white sand bordered by a promenade full of restaurants, clubs, and hotels for when you need a break from the sun. It's fun and lively and can feel a bit crowded—and, fine, maybe a bit tacky—during the peak summer months of December and January. But the setting is absolutely gorgeous, with the Twelve Apostles mountain range making for a craggy backdrop. Amid the loud beach bars you'll find some dining gems, so it's definitely worth a stop.

Perfect beach with beautiful white sands, unmatched scenes. Water is too cold for swimming but for pictures and amazing views there are not many places I've seen more beautiful. You can go for a meal or drinka at one of the many restaurants across the road when you are done.

Best place for a couples , families and for those who love to see one the best sunset ever!

Sometimes it’s possible to see live Zulu performances on the street and just to make atmospheric pictures what can be used for your enjoyment after long holidays! Definitely one of the best spots in South Africa and I...
