Why is it seemingly impossible to get a hot coffee, even when you specifically request it? I have been here three times in the last two weeks, and that one anticipated hot coffee remains elusive. Maybe the staff should focus on their customers rather than overdoing the noise and comedy. Lots of other coffee offerings on the camps bay strip, three strikes done and dusted For my sins I came back here today, 23/9. I asked specifically for two lattes, hot. Did it help? No, of course not, two lukewarm offerings. I also ordered a toasted bacon, egg and cheese. When my lattes were ready there was no sign of the sandwich, but the fellow who took my order was engrossed in his cell phone and joking with his fellow staff members. So the sandwich arrived almost five minutes after I got my lukewarm lattes. Altogether another poor experience, what a fool I was to come back here again, but it's definitely...

The coffee is great as a standard expectation from the vida e caffè franchise. And on any given day it is a fantastic location by default, all the more so when the usual wind is not howling in Camps Bay. But I am assuming that this results in the complacency. The tables were not cleaned and certainly not the floors in the outdoor seating area. The internal area was too dark to distinguish this detail. I had to put up the umbrella at my table. The table close by continued to accumulate empties over the hour (about 10) and there was no visibility of service staff. The behind the counter was good. I guess in this crowded space...

I can't put my finger on it but something didn't sit well with me at this vida my sandwich was also cold which never happened before and seemed very dry 🙈 I don't know why this vida wasn't a great experience also card machine slowed us down quite a bit for some reason and jus got a weird vibe here for some reason. I feel bad because I actually can't put my finger on it or maybe it was the combination of things starting with the lack of parking 🙈🤣 I think I rated the vida trailer at the bottom of lions head higher than this one. Sorry 🤭 love the brand tho won't stop me from trying again promise...
