I recently tried out this escape room, and it was such an adrenaline rush! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was immersive — the lighting, background music, and décor made it feel like we were actually part of the story. The puzzles were challenging but still made sense once you cracked them, and the clues were cleverly hidden. The game master was super friendly and gave just the right amount of hints to keep us moving without making it too easy. We laughed, argued (in a fun way!), and felt the pressure as the timer ticked down — exactly what an escape room should feel like. If you’re looking for something exciting, team-building, or just a unique way to spend a night out, I’d definitely recommend this escape room. It’s perfect for friends, couples, or even work groups who love a challenge!

Went with family for a fun escape room challenge. We booked ourselves the 'hotel escape room' and wow...what a blast we had!!! We were honored to have Mei as our game advisor, she was so sweet and helpful, we were very grateful to have such an experienced and understanding teammate on the team, helped us immensely.

Overall facility was clean and fresh looking. Staff team was full of smiles and very welcoming, incredible energy and boost of confidence. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, nervousness and lots of enthusiasm, which meant more motivation and lots of adrenalin!

The room was well designed and set up, and the clues were very well thought through. The appliances and furniture were quite well maintained given the fact that they go through the hands of many other players each day, though there was just that one stubborn lock which gave us a little trouble, but nothing too serious to worry.

Highly recommend for everyone anytime, though I do suggest ages 13 and up or high school, and preferably go ina group of 6 people around the same age group. Get there in time for a brief on the game rules, and most important, get your detective hats on and brains turned on since the timer clock will not let you easily the race this time!

Such fun experience for everyone, the sharing of the fun memories are still going on to this day!!!! Absolutely amazing if you escape the room, but remember, not succeeding this time doesn't mean the same for the next times...so give it another try?

10/10 from all of us!!! Thanks HintHunt for the awesome night. Hope to see you soon.

Take care...

As a self-proclaimed hero of Cape Town, I recently donned my cape and ventured into the legendary Marble Room at HintHunt. Let me tell you, this wasn't just another day in the life of a superhero; it was an epic adventure that would make even the Avengers jealous!

Upon entering the Marble Room, I felt like I had stepped straight into Iron Man's lab. The sleek, modern design and high-tech gadgets were awe-inspiring. It’s as if the room itself was a character in our superhero saga—every detail meticulously crafted to immerse us in a world where we were the heroes tasked with saving the city from impending doom.

The challenges we faced were nothing short of exhilarating. Each puzzle was cleverly designed, requiring not just brainpower but also teamwork—after all, even superheroes need a trusty sidekick (or four). The thrill of solving each clue felt like defeating a villain, and let me tell you, we were on fire! With 75 minutes on the clock, we raced against time, our adrenaline pumping as we unlocked secrets and navigated through this labyrinth of fun.

A special shoutout to our game master, who was like our very own Jarvis—guiding us with hints and encouragement. Their enthusiasm added an extra layer of excitement to our mission. It felt great knowing we had someone cheering us on from the sidelines while we tackled each challenge with gusto.

If you’re looking for an escape room experience that will leave you buzzing with excitement and laughter, look no further than HintHunt’s Marble Room. It’s not just an escape room; it’s a full-blown...

This is a tricky review to leave as we went twice in 2 days and had quite different experiences each time. For background we have done a number of escape rooms in many different places. The first time we went and did the Cursed Treasure room. This was among the best rooms we had ever done. Very high production value, creative puzzles, good amount of difficulty, and great game master (shout out to Sherman!).

Given our amazing first experience, we booked to come back and try the Torpedo room. Unfortunately this was probably the worst room we had ever done. Still high production value, so that part is cool and well done. However, the puzzles lacked creativity and the difficulty was artificially increased by having many false trails. This room would be good for groups who prefer searching for things rather than solving tricky puzzles. There were also a number of technical issues with things not working as they should. While this can happen and is understandable the response could have been better. No extra time was offered when we had wasted time doing the correct thing on faulty equipment, and it was disappointing to hear them point out that one part regularly fails, yet they clearly haven't fixed it?

All in all our experience was good, the staff are lovely, and the production value/immersion is awesome. Definitely recommend the Cursed Treasure room and ask for...
