So interestingly enough, I booked for the hair spa thinking it was a consultation - I think they’ve recently revamped their website - but that being said, I’m overall pleased at the service here. I had to put a down deposit that was difficult to secure initially but the second time worked.

Now when I showed up, I’m going to call her “my advisor” told me I booked for the hair spa [this is how I know it wasn’t the consultation]. They brought me into the room and did the analysis which was very informational. My advisor asked if I wanted to meet with the doctor which is really what I wanted [hence the consultation only]. I still went with the spa treatment; at the advice of whoever was taking the pictures, she actually recommended a different treatment which ended up being lower in cost. Then, I was led upstairs for the hair spa treatment. If I had one word, AMAZING! Would I do it again? Probably not - given the humidity, traveling, being a low-maintenance kind of gal, etc. BUT that being said, the experience was great. The products made my hair really less frizzy, shined with beauty. Honestly, I even took a selfie because it looked and felt that good. They styled it afterwards and then I had a drink (very reminiscent of a chai, but my advisor said it was like a hair superfood drink). I very much enjoyed it and waited very little time to see Dr. Lee Moon Won.

He is so kind, gentle, caring and his opinion really put me in perspective of things I need to change. Ultimately, he put in a script of 1-1.5 years of this granules/topical and 3 months of a serum.

I met with my advisor who broke down things. I would say this is the costly part but things to help my hair aren’t going to fix itself overnight. That being said, she wasn’t pushy at all! She totally understood - and they ship to the US so I’m excited about that. I didn’t end up getting anything but plan to in the near future.

TLDR; The professionalism of the hair spa puts this at 10/10. Would I do the hair spa again? Probably not ONLY for personal preferences. I would have probably rather paid for a consult only and then put my money towards the medication to fix the issue but that’s because I’m a pretty...

I had the BEST experience at Lee Moon Won Clinic. A key reason why I chose LMW is because it's an actual medical clinic vs. a hair salon, as I had genuine concerns about my scalp health. It's been 4 weeks since my visit, and I've purposefully waited on writing a review to see how my scalp & hair condition are after regularly using their products. Suffice to say, I am very pleased.

The whole team is extremely professional and the experience would not have been nearly the same without them. They were extremely responsive on Whatsapp (crucial because we were trying to make an appt on very short notice + time & language differences). Once at the clinic, the front desk was extremely welcoming (and spoke fluent English), and so the entire process was very smooth. Special shout-out to Heidi, seriously, the girl absolutely carries hard with her communication skills. The consultation was very eye-opening, and they answered all my questions patiently. Then came the actual spa treatment--my technician was a literal angel (I am kicking myself that I didn't write down her name!). She did not speak English, but she was extremely attuned to my body language and adjusted her pressure (I admittedly have low pain tolerance) without my even having to ask! She was so sweet and repeatedly made sure I was comfortable. Which I was, as I fell asleep multiple times because it was so relaxing. The hair salon was icing on the cake. Afterwards I had a consultation with Dr. Lee Moon Won, which 100% felt like a visit to the Dr's office. He addressed my concerns and very gently, but firmly gave his recommendations as lifestyle habits DO affect scalp and hair health. Jinny afterwards explained the full details of the suggested treatment options very patiently and thoroughly (and realistically!). At every step of the way, they were extremely meticulous and so thoughtful. I honestly walked out of the clinic feeling motivated to be a healthier human being. That's how...

Hi Dr Lee Moon Won and staff. You guys are an awesome Team! Thank you for making my 1st day in Seoul a Home Run! I had the Regeneration Hair Treatment. The entire process from making my appointment in the US with Nour was simply effortless. She helped me navigate the process of submitting my blood results, photos and making the payments. I could sense the smile on her face as she guided me through the process and in person, the smile was even bigger and truly genuine. I was greeted by fabulous Nour and Alex, who offered me tea snd cookies. These ladies hold down the fort!

I was guided in to meet Dr Lee Moon Won. What a Superb Doctor! He took the time to review my test results and analysis. I asked a million questions and he patiently answered them all. ( By the way, he did not need an interpreter. He speaks English!)

I did not get the name of lady that did my Spa Treatment, but she did a fantastic job. She washed my hair with gentle, yet firm , hands. I got the works - red light, blue light, steam, hair mask….totally pampered! And the massage…. Divine!

Then it came down to picking out the products needed to maintain and grow my hair. Now enters Jinny. Thank you for your patience with my sister I. Thank you for explaining all the features and benefits of the products. You are definitely as asset to the clinic. We left knowing we were armed for success!

We meet the sweet and beautiful office manager, Onyu, who came in quietly towards the end and wrapped the process up as beautifully as it started. Thank you for organizing our products and taking excellent care of us.

My hair needs a lot of work because it is damaged and thinning. I started the process with looking for an answer to this question- There are so many hair clinics in Seoul, what makes Lee Moon Won clinic different from the other hair clinics? My answer would start with the Staff and Dr Lee Moon Won himself!
