Known as the lonely pavilion, the Dongsipjagak was once part of the palace watch tower is now standing as the center of what seems like a roundabout. There appeared no door to this pavilion but was told of its history dated back to be part of Gyeongbokgung Palace. I guess must be the new city layout that now stands its current position. So, next time when you pass by this lonely pavilion, give a second look and appreciate its history and its once critical role as a watch tower...
