LOTTE DUTY FREE World Tower Store — Attraction in Seoul

Ok, I find out that the koreans are racists, but when it comes to the Duty free on a place like Incheon, where there are lots of international people, it is absolutely unacceptable for your staff to behave like that. First of all they were not supportive - didnt answer my questions and when they did they lied to me (like for example - i was asking for smaller pack of the goods i was interested in, they said that there isnt smaller one and after that i find the smaller one by myself). Second of all, they served with a smile few koreans while my service wasnt finished at all. The staff was not in a hurry at all even when i got a boarding call. Even more - they tried to mess things up by inventing problems with the barcode that I solve by changing the items... And it wasnt just me - u need less that 10 min to see the difference in the service of koreans and non-koreans in your shop! Absolutelly disappointed, Lotte Duty free! I`ve never seen that kind of service and this is something that gave me the most important lesson about the koreans. Do not doubt that I am going to tell...

It is the worst ever experience!!!! The store was empty without customers and yet no staff came to attend to us. I had the intention to buy 10 bottles of innisfree eyemake up remover. After waited without any sight of staff coming over to assist, we asked the sales staff at 3CE and she just said no staff over her counter and not even walking over to us. We saw a manager and she only said the staff at innisfree is on MC. Why can't the rest just helped since they are so free! The manager also did not offer any help till my wife got frustrated. Do we need to ask for service? Business is so BAD after pandemic and yet NO SERVICE???? It is obvious that the manager and staff is passing their time being paid and employed but not contributing to the company! You better think twice then shopping here! Don't waste your time! You can spent elsewhere who will appreciate and provide the service that...

Compared to Myeongdong, here are fewer tourists, very short lines and it has a laid back, modern atmosphere which makes it a pleasure to shop. It is is spread on 2 floors, first one with mainly luxury goods and second one with korean cosmetics. You can try them before buying which is convenient. However I had some problems managing to get to that place from Jamsil station up to 8 -9th floor. It was rather confusing even if I visited 3 times already. Also the tax refund office was on 5th or 6th floor, I don't remember exactly, which was again difficult to get to as some elevators did not stop on that floor. Overall, nice and...
