Date and time of 1st visit: March 27, 2021 around 7pm and a rainy weekend at that Mall opened: end of February (and it was insanely packed, with cars lining up to park - so much for the social distancing protocol for the pandemic - saw it in the news - headache for the health and government agencies 😅 i bet) Anyhooo, it is a big department store MORE than the typical mall that I'm used to knowing.. But the things I like about this place are: The food choices at the food lounge/court area is HUGE and diverse so if you are looking or unsure of what you want to gorge on then it won't be a help because there are so many choices so don't go there when you are famished 😳😅... I like the huge sunroof lounge or space on the 5th and/or 6th floor. They even installed real trees and even saw potted hallabong oranges 🍊, the most priced oranges of South Korea 🤤 - see pic, and there were mandarins too. I think It would really be nice during the day especially during the cold season while keeping yourself warm yet still getting some Vit. D from the Sunlight although go easy on the sunbathing after 10am because it won't be as safe as compared to the early or late in the afternoon sun, UV warning. But the cage facade or design 🤔 is seemingly like a big bird cage, don't you think? It is subway accessible but one has to really work those hamstrings and gastrocnemius muscles 💪 because it is a little farther from IFC mall. So if you are near the area go have a look. As for me, I'd definitely be going back since it is midway to my friend's place. Now we have a place to go to which is not too far from...

Very Bad Experience with Hyundai Department Store Customer Service . During our 1st trip to Seoul , we went to hyundai department store at Seoul Station . After we made our puchase and payment at the counter, we were told that our product coild only be pick up at airport hyundai department store counter . In order not to misinterpret what the sales staff is explaining, we ask the sales staff to circle out the collection point at the airport . She had circle in between gate 119120 lvl 4F concourse to collect out purchase . At the airport , i show the receipt to some of the duty free shop around T1 , where can i collect our product . The staff told me its at the gate 119120 lvl 4F concourse . To our surprise when we reach the concourse, Hyundai Department Store pickup counter were all closed. We seek help from the information counter at the concourse to contact the customer service at Hyundai Department Store at Airport to assist us to bring over instead as there's no way we could head back to collect. When the Hyundai's Dept female staff came , she looks annoyed though we explain ourself but she even type to us that this will be the last time she going to bring over and walk off immediately. Even though she just walked off like that , i'm still appreciate her help but I'm surprise that Hyundai Department Store allows their employees to portraits the Company Customer Service in such manner. Hope they can review and improve for better Customer...

Beautiful mall with variety of brands, but didn’t really see anyone shopping in there and felt awkward to enter the stores.

The cafeteria was SUPER crowded and waiting time was usually an hour for most spots, but great tasty food! The food kiosk is great for ordering food and different language options. BUT the “YES” and “NO” buttons on the kiosk is confusing! Clicking YES actually means no to a receipt and No means yes to the receipt. You also have to enter a Korean number and weak phone signal didn’t give us any message about food being ready (Don’t enter non Korean number as you won’t get any messages). It was difficult trying to pick up orders, since we had no receipt to prove that we made the purchase and definitely got unfriendly weird looks from the staffs for trying to explain to them about the kiosk receipt issues while trying to pick up our food. After a long struggle of trying to communicate it to them, they reluctantly gave us our food, even though we purchased it, which left us feeling stressed out.

There was also no help coming to the kiosk after pressing the help button and waiting for such...

Hyundai Mall stands out as one of Seoul’s premier luxury shopping destinations, combining an elegant design with an immersive and versatile experience. What truly sets this mall apart is its breathtaking interior design.
