I feel fine now in my life, that is indeed an accurate assessment. Never been happier
Anxiety is a thing of the past as to is addiction. It's gone, if that was their main concern. I can say with a high degree of confidence it won't return either. I live my life in a new way and have done for a long time
They know very well what I've written is true. It constitutes clinical malpractice plain and simple, their handling of it has been nothing short of abysmal.
It's widely accepted as serious and highly damaging.
Assuming they're not completely stupid I find it hard to believe Damian, Lisette or Marco wouldn't recognise this themselves.
Most decent folk in my view take responsibility and tell the truth at the earliest opportunity. I would do that even with what was previously my dubious moral compass.
They come up with various rationalisations seemingly to mitigate personal responsibility. I don't know if they are able to see that themselves.
It's not factor and of no relevance any longer. They could say similar with anyone who has had their continentality broken.
If effective they should offer these unrequested treatment methods to everyone attending the clinic. I think it would be hugely damaging personally. I just went for normal therapy, up to that point it seemed to work well, then again what do I know
I would hope somewhere they can see their strategy just hasn't worked. My anxiety I'd dare to say is cured, I live free and happy. Doesn't mean that was OK.
If their conduct has been good which it surely hasn't they can.
Come forward and tell the truth, offer a full disclosure, detail exactly how the confidentiality was broken initially, when this occurred , who was involved who was reported who was sacked, detailed account of all conversations that took place internally and externally, what details about my therapy have been leaked to whom exactly, how they may have tried to conceal information, they can accept liability and make an offer of substantial damages.
I very much doubt they'd be willing to do any of the above for obvious reasons.
If I ran a private clinical practice and this happened on my watch and I was aware of these serious failings, that's something I'd do.
It's lunacy for them to suggest they've acted in accordance with guidelines and not broken strict protocols. They act like this stuff is of no importance.
I would bet lots of information discussed in my therapy has been leaked, probably fairly widely. They haven't helped their case as it's very difficult to see where the lies stop and the truth starts.
If they're child suffered severe health problems due to Clinical Malpractice
Would they A) As I'd expect want answers and the detail from the Dr's on what went wrong + some type of compensation. or B ) Be happy with a wall of silence and lies from the Dr's
If they accept what I've said as true which it is, they should ask themselves if it would pose any risk to make an offer of substantial damages. I don't believe it would in the slightest.
They would at least go some way to putting things right.
It's cowardice and not consistent with what the preach. I'm not sure they can see that themselves.
I wouldn't hold out too much hope from what I've seen.
I suppose they enjoy the adulation and wealth that accompanies being heralded a modern day Nietzsche and don't like something that although true would be in conflict with this image.
I expect if anyone does asks them about this they'll choose to lie and mislead and rationalise it some other way. True to form.
I don't consider them to be bad people although I just cannot see they actually think what happened and their subsequent handling of it has been correct or decent, it hasn't. Self interest appears to have taken precedent over freeing the monkey when it really came down to it and the shoe was...
Read moreThis cineplex in Barcelona is a haven for English-language movie buffs seeking screenings with Spanish subtitles. It excels in delivering a fantastic cinematic experience, ensuring moviegoers can immerse themselves in films in their original language with helpful subtitles.
The theater's ambiance is generally awesome, complemented by popcorn that elevates the movie-watching pleasure. However, during peak hours, it tends to get crowded, and occasionally, the theater's cleanliness might not meet expectations, detracting slightly from the overall experience.
Nevertheless, for those craving diverse movie choices in English with Spanish subtitles, this cineplex remains a top-tier destination, offering an enriching cinematic outing despite occasional crowd congestion and minor...
Read moreA shiny new cinema showing original language films (there aren’t many of those in Barcelona). The newest Hollywood blockbusters, indies, and re-runs - something for everyone. Comfy chairs, fantastic Dolby Atmos sound in some of the screens. Discounts on Wednesdays. On-line ticket sales without having to print out the tickets. Probably the best original-language cinema in Barcelona, now that I think of it.
Things that are so-so: Showing times.
Things I don’t like so much: Not very conveniently located (although accessible by public transport). Kind of a boring neighbourhood, nothing much to do in the immediate vicinity before or after the show. Horrendous amount of commercials (at least 15 minutes) before the main feature. But that, unfortunately, is the...
