The beach is quiet and calm. It was easy to get there by bus #7 from my hostel Hola Hostel Example. There is a toilet, shower, lifeguards, medical care, and a bar on the beach. The police are always on duty on the beach, which makes the beach safe for vacationers. There are not many vacationers. The vendors do not bother you at all, only three people selling water and blankets pass along the embankment about 6 times a day, they pass quietly and do not disturb at all, if they see that a person is sleeping, they try to quietly pass by and not interfere. You can relax and even fall asleep to the sound of the sea waves, no one will disturb you, since the beach is quiet and only the sound of the sea, of course, if you want to see only the sea, which connects with the sky...
Read moreWe came in between 10 am and 12 pm to avoid the crowds and the scorching heat. It was relatively calm. The water and the beach are both clean. There was a functioning shower which is apparently not common in dry seasons. There's a section on the great left for dogs to play around. There are announcements in spanish, catalan and english alerting for jellyfish, to hydrate, to be attentive for your things, to put sunscreen. No nearby places to get water or food so come prepared. Read moreWe took the L4 from the city center to get here and it was a 15 minute walk from the metro. End of may visit (~80F). This was a beautiful, clean, and quiet relaxing beach to chill and hang for a bit and enjoy the sun. You can rent an umbrella and/or lounger for 15€ each at the on site facilities. We brought food and towels, rented an umbrella and hung out for a few hours. Public restrooms and showers are available for clean up after as well making it super convenient.
