It is basically a pipican beach. I loved the amenities and shower for dogs. The beach is nice. We went on a Saturday morning so it was packed with dogs and people. Hardly any space. It felt very cramped. The fence is not long enough so the dogs escape and go to the next beach. Our girl had a good time :) The only horrible thing was the people going there with dangerous dog breeds. The dogs were aggressive and were picking fights with other dogs and then we’re being whipped and beat by the owners. A complete disgusting lack of education from the Dog owners. We had to leave because there were fights all the time. Really disappointed of the irresponsible dog owners and failure to control dogs. These people should not be allowed inside. Please do not go if your dog is aggressive and you cannot control it. It makes it horrible for the rest of us! We will try again during the week so there is...

Good (Closed) spot in Barcelona to let your baby have fun on the beach but far from the center of Barcelona and not the most beautiful one (No palm trees or even bars like in Barceloneta or other spots nearby). The space is very small (30 square meters) so alot of dogs concentrated inside but mostly well aducated each time I went. You can use the metro L4 (yellow line and stop at selva del mar) to go there (20 min walk from metro station). If you go by car it's 6€ the parking spot. I suggest people to bring their own food and drinks as the stores are very far from the beach. Other than that, All types of dogs are allowed (mine is a Rottweiler) so as long as he has good behavior and has the chip (required for the entrance) you are good...

A quiet beach away from the tourist attractions, currently (sept 25) under construction so a lot of noise. Beach is not so great, sand is more like dust, no toilet or changing facilities, the typical run down area, only one shop near by, the sea is nice on a hot day. If you want to stay away from crowds you can try this beach not as nice as barceloneta but did felt safe as long as not belongings are on site Also it does have lifeguards until 7pm

This beach is quiet in winter but not now. There are so many people here but summer isn't start yet. Here is less people than in Barceloneta or Bogatell and I like it. The beach and the water are clean. It's easy to get here - there is a metro station "Selva de Mar" located near the beach. Also the beach is near the port Fórum and the Diagonal Mar shopping center where you can buy food or something else.

It's a rather scruffy sandy beach, located in the Diagonal area of Barcelona. Lots of construction going on close to the beach, so not a beautiful spot. However it was popular and had an enclosed area for children and where dogs weren't permitted. Worth a visit if you are in the area and are desperate for a swim.
