Aquapark Benidorm - Levante — Attraction in Benidorm

Rules are 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult free of charge. My 11 year old daughter wanted to go on with her 16 year old brother and wanted me to accompany her. They classed her 16 year old brother as an adult who is NOT a competent swimmer as an adult 🤯 I questioned why they had cut some of the safety straps off the life jackets and they said you don’t need them and we’re not bothered 🤯 NO HEALTH AND SAFETY !!! I’m pretty sure it’s NOT regulated !!! Money...

my daughter went on this withher friend and we thought it would be safe as there were MANY life guards. she slipped down a slope and and got fully stuck in 2 inflatables and was half in the water and half ontop of the inflatables and she could not breathe. nobody came to help her and she was screaming for a life guard and he was just sitting down and fixing his hair. her friend and a random very kind lady had to help her.

VERY BAD...

Tuve una experiencia extremadamente desagradable en este parque acuático, que se convirtió en una verdadera pesadilla. Durante un día que debería haber sido de relajación y diversión, sufrí un grave accidente en el que me rompí la pierna debido a la falta de medidas adecuadas de seguridad. La zona donde me lesioné no estaba señalizada correctamente, y la seguridad parecía ser un problema completamente ignorado por la administración.

Después del accidente, me sacaron del agua en una camilla, pero el personal no estaba preparado para manejar la situación. No tenían el equipo médico necesario ni un plan de intervención de emergencia. Todo lo que pudieron ofrecerme fue un poco de hielo, sin proporcionarme ninguna pastilla para el dolor ni asistencia médica inmediata. Sufrí muchísimo hasta llegar al hospital, y ahora estoy en plena recuperación, con una cirugía que debo realizarme debido a la gravedad de las lesiones.

Quiero advertir a todos que tengan mucho cuidado en este parque acuático. La seguridad no parece ser una prioridad para ellos, y las consecuencias pueden ser extremadamente graves. ¡Espero que nadie más pase por lo...
