M47 Modas — Local services in Benidorm

They have beautiful clothing but the service is appalling. My brother bought me pants and brought it back it to London in March. I tried calling them to no avail. He managed to get hold of them and they agreed when he returned in May he could return/exchange it. Upon arrival they rejected the return because 15 days had lapsed. I will be paying them a visit for when I next visit Benidorm. Absolutely rubbish...

No vuelvo a ir a esta tienda jamás. Siempre hemos comprado la ropa aquí y como no somos de Benidorm cuando volvemos en el siguiente viaje q puede pasar 1 mes...si algo no le está bien a mi madre con el ticket no ha habiado nunca ningún problema y nos lo han cambiado o devuelto el dinero. Hemos ido hoy a cambiar un pantalon y blusa q estaba la talla incorrecta y la chica q nos ha atendido bastante maleducada se ha negado a hacer el cambio porque habían pasado 15 días de la compra. Jamás nos habían puesto ningún problema con las devoluciones y es ropa muy cara. La broma nos ha costado 70 euros que perdemos, y pierden unas clientas que se gastan muchisimo dinero en esa tienda.
